Then Yungy's calling him to figure out why he's been ghosting him at the worst possible moment.

Flow can't think of many excuses as to why he should get the egg. There are a few arguments, of course. He fought the most players in the End. He's probably the best with a mace too. But he has reasons to believe those aren't going to convince anyone.
Minute enters the retirement home they made for their team and finds himself a corner. He doesn't even bother with a bed. Instead, he throws down a few blankets and pillows and pushes them into order before he sits down. Flow watches as he sits down, wrapped around the egg like he needs to keep it warm, tail coiled around the bottom of it, wings draped protectively around its shell.
Fuck. He's never going to get that egg.
Or, what if Minute and Flow got the dragon egg? Minute wants nothing more than to protect the egg like it's his own, but Flow wants to eat it. SB has to step in before things get bad.

Summary
To Viking, the void just is.
And now he is in the void.
And now he died again.
It's delicate work. Can't be half done, unless he wants to do it again, thus he was being careful, painfully slow if anyone but himself were to be asked.
Blood was covering his hands, covering his infected leg and the skulk festering on it, the fungus way too tiny and underdeveloped to be able to realize its demise was coming.
A foul smell permeated the air, rotten and poisonous. Viking breathed through his nose, used to the smell, but disgusted by it.
“It's okay, it's fine. Keep going, Viking. Keep going.” He talked with himself, voice shaky.
It wasn't even all the blood that disturbed him, nor the act of carving his own leg out of his body. It's the sudden reminder that he isn’t alone on his own skin.

“I have not heard that name from a mortal's mouth in a long, long time.” The being in front of him hummed, his voice echoing in his head. “Usually it was said with much more… fear or worry than you are currently. But… you have always been interesting, haven't you Sean?”
