(This was originally just supposed to be fluff, but a little bit of drama and possibly some angst managed to wriggle in somehow. Still mostly fluff)
Loki started feeling unwell at a party, and decided to call it a night. Poison? Internal bleeding? No. This time, there was nothing sinister. Loki was just sick. Just sick? When was the last time he’d been “just sick”? Definitely no poison...? (Don’t worry, guys, definitely no poison)
Before long, the others were also under the weather. Loki was in for a long few days, full of vomit, buckets and....toothbrushes.*this is set post Avengers*

Summary
Turning his communicator off, Antonio shone his helmet light around the dark tunnels. It reeked of sewage (as New York sewers do), and he knew that even without V.I.L.E. operatives, he wasn’t alone. A skittering noise stopped him in his tracks. A rat nearly the size of a small kitten scurried in front of him. Antonio bit back a scream. Rats are rodents too, he reminded himself, they’re just like moles.
The next sound wasn’t a rat.

Summary
Normally, one would believe that having their ass handed to them multiple times by an eleven year old would be a hard enough kick in the nuts that life would leave said person alone. In Guzma's case, that wasn't enough. Not only did he have to lose against a fucking child, but he lost complete control of his gang. His grunts scattered. His name and his gang disgraced and spat upon. His clothes torn from him. His insignia destroyed, and that was only the beginning. Now he was being hunted, the people of Alola seeking revenge against him, even going as far as taking his beloved pokémon from him.
Apparently the sight of him beaten and alone was enough to tug at the dusty heartstrings in the policeman Nanu's chest. However, it wasn't enough to keep the old man from punishing him with a full year of grueling community service. At least it was better than dying at the hands of angry Alolans. That's what people said, anyways. Guzma wasn't convinced.

"Simon couldn’t help but wonder how exactly he got in this position.
How he was in a hotel room with one Prosecutor Nahyuta Sahdmadhi, who had fallen asleep in the bed next to his own at least two hours ago with absolutely no issues. The monk’s long hair was splayed across his pillows as gracefully as the man himself slept. It was kind of irritating, Simon couldn’t help but think. It would have been somewhat nice to see Nahyuta’s sleeping state to be the exact opposite of his conscious persona: perhaps some drooling, hair in knots and tangled everywhere…it would have been excellent material for Simon’s phone. But no, Prosecutor Sahdmadhi was as…ethereal in his sleep as he was at any other time."
A story of how Simon Blackquill and Nahyuta Sahdmadhi started as work companions and soon developed into something else entirely when Simon's past trauma and memories of Bobby Fulbright keep him from getting restful sleep. (Previously only on tumblr!)
