Izuku Midoriya is found, having a panic attack, on a bench by Dabi, a member of the League of Villains. He didn't expect the guy to calm him down from the panic attack and carry him back to the League's base. However it happened. He couldn't help but accept it. He just felt so warm and safe.
OR
Izuku gets gently kidnapped and taken care of by the League. Kurogiri and Aizawa have a nice chat and people's actions have consequences.

Summary
After Aizawa Shouta's famous Quirk Assessment Test where he chews out his newest Problem Child for lack of Quirk Control and tells him blatantly that he can't become a Hero, he finds out two things. That Midoriya Izuku's Quirk came in on the date of Yuuei's Entrance Exam and that he is now in need of a foster parent. And it just so happens that Aizawa Shouta is in the best situation to raise a kid with such a self-destructive Quirk.
Now he has to learn how to both successfully parent and to try his best to mend the fragile and already battered trust between him and his new Problem Son. What could possibly go wrong?

Jirou was mad. All of UA were mad. Too manny heroes had been monsters and gotten away with it too many times. They were done standing for it. Now, Jirou was getting the message out the only way she really knew how. Singing. She had already gotten UA's attention, and they were now singing Fairytales (by Gabby Sophia), intermittently pointing out specific examples of what heroes had done. When AllMight tried to stand up for Endeavor (who had been revealed as an abuser), Jirou changed songs, destroying AllMight's fake image with GOSSIP (by Måneskin, Tom Morello)
