At the age of one, Harry was adopted by Sirius who didn’t go after Pettigrew. When Harry was four, Sirius met his future wife, Hermione’s mother. Both of them learned they were single, raising a child alone.
They noticed that Hermione and Harry quickly accepted and cared for each other as siblings, or so they thought.
Over ten years later their now married parents still thought the same. They haven’t the faintest clue what’s happening right under their noses.

Summary
What if Harry had insisted Hermione stay in the champions tent with him before the First Task of the TriWizard Tournament?
Starts from the beginning of the GoF movie scene where Dumbledore notices Hermione in the champions tent with Harry before the First Task, but she doesn't leave like in the movie. After that the story's book based. Harry/Hermione friendship to start, developing into a relationship by mid-way through -- but strongly Harmony the whole way.

Summary
Newly anointed Hogwarts prefects Harry Potter and Hermione Granger embark on their journey to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry aboard the brilliantly scarlet Hogwarts Express.
During the ride, they'll be introduced to the head students and some of their fellow peers in student authority positions in the annual pre-term prefects meeting, begin their war with the infamous Weasley twins, and make a start on some of their own ambitions- to make Hogwarts castle a better place for everyone.
Its a tough job that awaits them, but together? They can handle it for sure.
Dark tides are rising in the background, but at least there won't be monsters actually inside of the castle this year, right?
