Indubitably, this world had significant differences from his previous world and Izuku didn’t think this world was much better than the world he came from. First, it was an otome world and he’d never played otome games before. Second, there was no quirk and magic replaced it. But in this magic society, he was still magicless. Third, the noble society was as rotten as the quirk society. Also lastly, there were important characters whose actions would decide the fate of the world.
5 love interests, a heroine, a villainess, and a villain.
Out of all those characters, he was the antagonist, or the main villain who apparently had ended that world once.
This is the story how Izuku Midoriya becomes a
herovillain in a popular otome game, falls in love, changes the story, and saves the world anyway.(Not related to the previous part of the series).

Until everything changed.
A burden too heavy to carry was put on her shoulders. Even then, she has to carry it, she can't just stand by and watch the people she loves suffer.
Two heroes supposed to hold the weight of the world, two pillars meant to keep the sky from falling. Still, they were human, and humans are fragile, humans crumble. When they do, there is no Miraculous Cure that can put them back together.

Izuku Midoriya was so happy, he had finally made it into UA, and his dream of being a hero was starting to seem more like a reality. Now all he had to do was pass all of his classes, but first he'd have to see who he'd be dealing with for the next three years in Hero Course Class 1-B.
Sekijiro Kan was pissed because 1-A's homeroom teacher Shouta Aizawa had deemed Midroiya as useless, he'd help cultivate Midoriya into a great hero and prove the asshole wrong!
Neito Monoma was curious of the nervous ball of wonder that was 1-B's most destructive unit.
And Reiko Yanagi had to admit, Izuku Midoriya was the most interesting person she had ever met.
