Summary
Leon is getting too old for this shit. He is (somehow) a full fifty years old. And he’s been wading into bloodsoaked warzones to fight monsters for thirty years. At this point, very little surprises him anymore. But falling through a blood puddle and waking up in a Victorian gothic nightmare is pushing it.
But nonetheless, it’s familiar. Monsters stalk the streets, the smell of blood so thick he can taste it.
Leon sighs, rubbing his face. “Just another Tuesday.”

Or, Leon S. Kennedy post Resident Evil Requiem gets dropped into the city of Yharnam. It goes better and about as bad as you think. (No knowledge of Bloodborne required!)

Summary
Leon S. Kennedy's infamous luck and unstoppable determination finally ran out under the ARK as he succumbed to his infection and Zeno's gun.
He woke up in Spain, 22 years in the past, getting ready to extract Ashley Graham from Los Illuminados. Can all his experience (and trauma) help him to make a bigger difference this time? Or is he doomed to go through the same decades of pain and suffering again until he breaks?
He doesn't know yet, but he sure as hell isn't going to just sit around and let Fate play his hands for him once more. He's got a President's daughter to rescue and a future to redeem. Then maybe he can finally find the peace he hasn't felt since 1998.
