Ifrit’s flames extinguish almost immediately, and Clive watches with a glimmer of satisfaction as Odin’s blade disintegrates in a similar fashion. Their bodies follow soon after— evaporating into twin clouds of blue motes. Clive blinks as Ifrit and opens his eyes as a man. And Odin…
It’s him.
