It hungered and he didn’t know how long he could push it back down.

In all the times they had come here, he never cast the cushioning charm just like he never cast a warming charm on the coffee that had long gone cold. The mug in his hand was chipped and might have been white at some point, but it didn't matter. He didn’t much care for coffee anyway. She did.
Severus Snape sat at the back table in the cafe, just like he did every Saturday morning. While he waited, his thoughts wandered to his life with Hermione and Lucius.
