It’s an unimportant, ordinary muggle town, so the name doesn’t matter much. He has lived there a couple years when this story takes place, and that’s all that’s important.

Summary
Dick Grayson was nabbed on his drive home from work. He easily could have escaped his captors, but not without drawing suspicion to his nightlife. Forced to play along with his kidnapping, Dick ended up being auctioned off to the highest bidder who just so happened to be the mysterious and terrifying Red Hood himself. Can Dick escape from the Hood? And what does he want with a civilian cop anyway? Unless somehow... he knows Dick's secret identity.

Jason is mad. Scratch that, Jason is enraged. But not at the new kid, no, he's angry at Bruce. And he knows exactly how to make it hurt...
Or: instead of beating the new Robin near to death at Titans Tower, Jason decides to take a different approach and kidnap Tim. If Batman won't learn from Jason's death, Jason will be sure to teach him the lesson of a lifetime. Also, is that Stalker Kid?
Dick was far past worried. Dick was terrified. He couldn't lose another baby brother, not again. He will find Tim, even if he has to ask the elusive Red Hood for help. He helps kids right? Now if only he could find him...
When Bruce saw the blood, the mess, he didn't want to believe it. It couldn't happen again. But Tim was gone, taken. This was a message. A message from Red Hood. Bruce will do whatever it takes to get Tim back, but he also has to keep Dick out of this.
Tim was having the time of his life. Did he mention he got to hang out with Jason, as in Robin, his predecessor? Yup, best week ever. If you exclude the forced kidnapping and vandalism of his room at Titan Tower... and yeah, he'd rather Jason lay off the psycological torture of Bruce and Dick, but it's nice to know they care.
