Summary
Karma always tops Nagisa, but when he's forced to go to the sex shop to get more lube, he decides he wants to try something new. The store clerk recommends switching it up to see how he'd like it. Karma... considers it.
Not like it'd actually happen though, because Nagisa doesn't have the right 'natural equipment' for that, and that means he can't top Karma. Plus, Nagisa likes bottoming, Right?
