Summary
Mabel loves her parents and her friends in California. She does! But sometimes it's hard. The Weirdocalypse isn't the kind of summer shenanigans she can talk about and sometimes, no matter how much she tells herself it's over and she's moved on, things catch up.
Dipper has always thought of Mabel a bit like Silly Putty. Color shifting, elastic, bouncy, full of surprises and a thousand and one uses. She's always so fast to bounce back when the world knocks her down that he can't help thinking she's invincible. When he's reminded she isn't, he's there in a heartbeat.
Just a small story of Mabel being traumatized by nursery rhymes and how the twins will always be there for each other.
