Summary
Nathaniel Walker was an ordinary man who worked as a construction worker to support his elderly parents, but unfortunately met a sudden end during an accident at work. Upon awakening in what he assumed to be limbo, his regrets and attachment to his life keep him from passing on yet unable to go back since death holds a cruel finality. In the end, the void takes his soul and he fades into nothing.
...Only for him to wake up in an underground lab, confused and afraid, while questioning why he's a skeleton... and a child at that.
Nathan has never heard of Undertale, so he's experiencing this world for the first time, unaware that his mere presence has a drastic change on the story you might be familiar with. Regardless, his goal eventually aligns with all of monsterkind, which is to reach the surface so that he may try and find his family again. However he may just find a new family while he's down there.

Summary
Sometimes life throws you a curveball. For you, your curveball was going to bed looking like a human, and waking up looking like a monster.
A skeleton monster to be precise.
With the barrier breaking, a large surge of magic descended on the town you live in, and transformed you overnight. Unsure what to do with you, and the others changed, you're ushered into a facility until a monster with similar magic can take you to teach you how to wield the now uncontrollable magic you've been given. After waiting in this place for four years, you'd given up hope that anyone would ever want to take you.
What a surprise for you when you find out that someone does. A lot of someones.

Summary
It’s fun being dead.
Or undead, rather, as your sister likes to correct you. Your dear sister is the kind of person who took her dark arts very seriously. Or, her necromancy, rather. You’ll be the first to admit, you don’t know a lot about her school of magic. She doesn’t know much about yours either, but it’s always enjoyable to discuss magical theory with her. She says it’s not her specialty, but she tends to under credit herself.
Or: A remixed spinoff story of this_is_my_alt's The Sacrificial Skeleton and the Labyrinth of the Gods <3

Summary
Sans did not remember his previous name, only that he had been human. Rebirth in Undertale was novel, but he adapted, until he realized that the universe he was in was not the original one.
Unfortunately, it was too late when the machine took him to another universe, into a room full of skeletons.
——————————————————————————————

Summary
You managed to escape being trapped underground after running into the forest when your parents died in the war. You were up on the surface from birth up until you were the human equivalent of 18. On your 1800th birthday, you escaped your abusive foster home to join the rest of your kind below Mt. Ebott.
I update very irregularly, I try my best but don’t expect updates every week. I tend to evaporate off the face of the Earth sometimes. It’s either that or you get 3 chapters in one day. Have fun reading!
(I hate slow burns, but this won’t be quick. There will be children and unusual anatomy because skeletons) -

Your name is Sans Serif. Your identification card says so. Your work permit says so. Your residential assignment says so. Your brother’s dependency papers says so. The Ministry says so, and so it is true.

One of possibly more. You don't trust any of this, especially not that human, yet you can't help wondering... should you even try to go home in the first place?

An old fic I started in 2018 and decided, hey, why not revisit it in the good old '26? Machine troupe but you are a Sans, and make it an Anti-Harem.

Summary
“Oh?” Mutt repeated, confused.
“That’s all you have’ta say?” Red exclaimed, bemused. “Your home is gone, and you’re literally stuck in another universe! What do you mean, ‘oh’!?”
“Red!” Edge scolded, shocked at his outburst.
“What!? He should be freakin’ out right now!” Red defended.
“Maybe he’s in shock?” Mutt offered, just as lost.

You were reincarnated to a world of war with a bundle of tiny bones in your arms. With a crazy scientists chasing you for something you don’t even remember doing, trying to escape with your little brother, living a new life that isn’t quite yours, lots of angst, NEW skeletons that probably think you’re crazy, and even more comfort… you are in for quite the wild ride.
The new chapters are now including a skeleton-house that is becoming VERY concerned for your mental wellbeing, (buried after the much-needed war-trauma,) and you have to deal with a whole OTHER group of crazy people judging you. AGAIN.
But… in order to have the best comfort fic, you sometimes need to have the worst angst beforehand.
Or, as Gaster once said… you need to break a few eggs in order to make an omelette. :] -

Summary
As a necromancer, you’re used to suspicious stares and whispers of heresy from the townsfolk. It only gets worse after you’re killed and walk Ebott Empire as an undead skeleton. When you hear rumors of a strange settlement that worships the undead, it’s too tempting to resist. The locals treat you better than you’ve ever been treated. That is, right until the moment where you’re dressed up and tied to an altar as a sacrificial bride for their skeleton gods.
Despite their advanced technology and magical prowess, you’re doubtful of their divinity. What kind of gods blush whenever they see a bit of bone?

Summary
Doomsday prep has always been necessary in my opinion. If not for your time, then for another's time. So I got married young, to a much older, much richer man, waited a few years for him to die (cancer, so sad), and collected that money like candy at a parade. Then I picked out a nice place for a bunker, and had that thing built in another few years. When Monsters busted out of the mountain nearby, turning some Humans into Monsters, I was only slightly surprised the government's decision was to fucking nuke them all. Now I'm closing the door, and I see people in the distance waving their arms, yelling. I should just close the door, I don't know them, but I don't think it's fair to leave them out to die.
Author's notes, kinda:
Gonna be just Horror, Fell, and Fell/Swap variants.
Characters like Sans, Toriel, Asgore, Frisk, and others are really only mentioned, except Horror Sans.
Papyrus variants are more like different people in this, than variants of the same person.
Also, I don't really like Swapfell Pap (Purple) so sorry, but he might only be there for drama, not for a relationship -

Summary
When the monster beneath Mount Ebmott first surfaced twenty-five years ago, it did not arrive like a warning—it arrived like a wound split open in the world. No one understood what followed.
Soon after, humanity began to change. Ordinary people found their bodies shifting, senses sharpening, bones reshaping into something no longer entirely human. They became known as Morphs. No cure. No explanation. Only transformation and the quiet fear of the unknown.
Panic came first. Then, uneasy adaptation. Society learned to bend around the Morphs, though never fully accepting what had been lost or gained.
At the center of this changing world is Faith, a girl whose life was once painfully ordinary. Everything shifts when her older twin brothers, Cain and Daim, find themselves tangled with a skeleton monster family—beings newly emerged from the Underground, as unfamiliar with the surface as humanity is with them.
What begins as an unlikely meeting between two strange families slowly unravels into something larger: a collision of worlds, secrets, and truths buried far longer than anyone realized.

Summary
Valerie Helvetica is the heiress of a wealthy monster family based in the industrial boom city of Mt. Ebott, where endless opportunities for entrepreneurial endeavors are equally as prevalent as infamous crime rings that plague the cities civilians.
Valerie knows what her duties are; be prim and proper, act polite and with dignity, and marry into a family that will advance the Helvetica name in both wealth and status.
Valerie knows what her duties are. She just chooses not to follow them.
She’s a crude, arrogant prick with a smart mouth with every intention of being so insufferable that no proper suitor in their right mind would want to marry her.
Everything was going according to plan. Until her father finds a suitor more than willing to give her a chance.
(In which I self indulgently debut my most beloved OC, Valerie, and the evil man that I play barbie dolls with. I make them kiss. Shoutout underfell sans and ficthefella for owning the underfell concept.)

A strange phenomenon came with the barrier breaking in Mount Ebott in which certain humans awoke to find themselves turned into monsters. You just so happened to be one of those humans.
After being left alone so long can you learn to forgive the family of skeletons that took you in?
Will you be able to move past your human life and accept this new life?
Do you even really have a choice?
I'm going to be honest, this is more of a self-insert. HOWEVER, I did leave mc unnamed and referred to as they/them so anyone can imagine themselves as the mc. also... im really just writing this to rekindle my love for writing after having an awful collage term where my writing professor tore down every piece I was proud enough to give her and made me feel insecure about my writing :/
