Summary
While stuck on Earth, Megatron introduces Shockwave to the new member of the Decepticons. A transformer made on Earth whose entire existence and strange speech pattern catches his attention. Unfortunately, Shockwave is far too emotionally detached from society to realize why the word colleague no longer fits the relationship between them. Soundwave, a mech whose main occupation is to record and store information on everything and anything, wants nothing more than to keep records and files on the estranged scientists who speak highly of experiments that could make anyone purge their tanks. The problem? His only experience of socializing and of acceptable societal norms is through Earth media like television dramas and reality TV.

I. Getaway stole the Lost Light, and nobody is happy about it except him. Three planets died, but Megatron didn't, and nobody knows where Overlord is. Prowl's broken promise to the Galactic Council is going to have consequences, and Rodimus wants his ship back.
II. The broken Matrix of Leadership just woke up, and Optimus doesn't know what it’s doing, how, or why.
III. Mirage will do anything to get Hound back--even make peace with his long-estranged amica, Soundwave.
IV. Galvatron refuses to give up his claim to Decepticon leadership. If Ravage wants to be the leader of Destron entire, she'll have to cancel him the old-fashioned way: by killing him herself. And the EDC would like her to do it as soon as possible.

Soundwave is Megatronus Prime's son. He has two older brothers, Shockwave and Soundblaster. Soundwave is loved and supported by his family. He's in the Cybertron Council. But nobody listens and cares about his ideas and speeches. They see him nothing more than a child, he's 16. Soundwave is a gladiator like Megatron despite being a minor. He's also a telepath.
Everything starts with Megatron and Soundwave's match.

23 vorns (Cybertronian years) ago, Unicron descended on Prion, killing Autobots and Decepticons alike who battled there. Optimus Prime and Megatron are gone, but their million years legacy lives on with their children who continued their battle to this day. Autobots under the leadership of Rodimus Prime's forces are weakening fighting the younger Decepticon leader, Lodestar. And in the middle ground, the Mercenaries under the leadership of Soundblaster is trying to find a solution to the war while being used by both factions.
Amidst the current conflict, a long-buried treasure of Alpha Trion's emerge. The treasure's power is enough to divert the Autobots and Decepticons' attention into fighting for her power. The Mercenaries who found her eventually will have to make a choice that will change the war for better or worse as the bigger threat is approaching...

Summary
Rodimus Prime begins to seek out the lost Cybertronian colonies, although he's at something of a loss at how to do so--there is a reason they are called "lost". He's about to be given his first few clues, but will Overlord follow him to these locations and take the Core Keys first? Meanwhile, in other ends of the universe--those on the other colonies are about to learn about the Cybertronians, whether they want to (specifically) or not.
The Decepticons are chased (and pursue) a warship of Trylian design into an uncharted area of the galaxy and accidentally discover the lost colony of Biosphere--which, over time, has been come to be called "Biosfera" now. Transformers have almost "regressed" on this world, choosing instead to live with nature and to become a part of nature. This is a more primitive world Galvatron can appreciate, so he chooses to make sure the location of this colony stays hidden until the proper time--while Novablaze discovers he may find his destiny, as it intertwines with his close friends, on Biosfera. Plus his feelings for Quake may finally be at their strongest and an event tests the nature of their relationship.

Optimus and his fellow Autobots travel to earth in pursuit of a Decepticon ship rumored to have Meagtron on board. The cons are after something. A weapon that could end not just the war, but possibly all life on Cybertron. But it would seem that neither getting the weapon, nor preventing the enemy from accessing it, will be as easy as either side thought. Greedy humans, old mutual enemies, and an ancient "god" all stand in the way of what could be their path towards peace, or destruction.

If StarScream knew any of those answers maybe he wouldn't find himself in this dark, sterilized room he was confined to with others.
The pain in his chest plating, and the fact that he could not even achieve any of the functionality. That was his first sign something was terribly wrong.
Glancing at where he knew scientists came to gawk and observe them, he couldn't help but grit his denta.
They had to escape, some how.... They had to survive.
