Mrs.Monarch sees opportunity to have a West coast villain finally join the council of thirteen. The West coast guild members have for many years operated under different rules of villainy. In order to prevent that the West coast top villain is invited to join the council of thirteen. By more members seeing the inclusion of new faces within the council the Mrs.Monarch hopes to prevent more members from jumping ship.
However, the adding of this villain opens up many secrets that the original team venture team have long kept buried in the venture compound. Lets just say Rusty and the whole gang have a crazy road ahead waiting for them.
