Summary
After sacrificing himself to restore the Well of Allsparks. Optimus finds himself back to a restored Cybertron so different from the one he knows. There a new, or perhaps an old, relationship presents itself again.
Or Op and Ratchet reunit after Predacon Rising but before RiD. Ratchet is already in a relationship with Predaking and have a kid with him. However, Predaking as more kids with other bots so he lets Op and Ratchet have a side relationship.
Despite Op being a main character, he doesn't get any sexy time.
