While on his way to pick up some food for him and Miyano, he encounters a couple of punks picking on a kid, and not one to put up with that kind of thing, Sasaki intervenes.
When Miyano gets a frantic call from Sasaki’s sister, telling him Sasaki is in the hospital, he literally runs to make sure his boyfriend is okay, making every promise to every deity for a good outcome. After he learns it is likely just a concussion, and Sasaki will be okay, they just have to wait for him to wake up.
Good thing this isn’t a BL manga, otherwise, their lives would have a sudden and insane plot twist, like a years-long coma or amnesia storyline. Which would be utterly ridiculous.
