This is such a good take on Rosebot/ the preoccupations of Ultimate Rose. It’s a really unique concept for an Epilogue fic, big fan!!! I also love the Jake characterization of Complacency of the Fucked. And holy shit Eulogy has such a good Ultimate Dirk. Loved the Vriska cameo in purgatory… no one deserves it more. Love her! Also recency bias but the Prince of Time!Rose alt verse was such an interesting take on the beta kid swap verse that shows off how Rose and Dirk enable each others’ most (self) destructive instincts. In constrast to the canon Strider roof scene, how little interest Rose has in emotional catharsis/ resolution, instead just repressing everything… yeah

I will never not be highly amused by the AU concept of Cynthia and the Sinnoh Pokemon League dealing with the loose ends of Team Galactic after the Spear Pillar Incident by straight-up taking the entire organization over, Commanders and all and keeping the lot of them on payroll solely to keep them from causing further trouble. I'm pretty sure reading this fic for the first time also started up my opinion that Cyrus could've been dealt with before he went in on his plot by convincing him to try some cannabis and then go see a damn shrink.
