Summary
Commander Jane Shepard rules Omega with an iron fist. With Cerberus at her beck and call, she battles the resistance of Omega. Kasumi Goto, Mordin and many others oppose her despotic rule. The characters of mass effect are thrust into a civil war on either side of this conflict with Jacob Taylor unfortunately landing right in the middle of it. A cerberus engineered genophage threatens to decimate the alien population of Omega and it falls to the resistance to save their shitty, dirty home.

Summary
An extended rework/expansion of the 3-game Mass Effect story; "All in the Details" (AitD) is sort of a "Director's Cut" of Mass Effect. It also gets tangled up by the fact that the Saviour of Elysium is also the Butcher of Torfan (He's a good guy, but...complicated.)
AitD includes as much canon dialogue as possible, but often expands on it; sometimes things don't mean what they did in the original. As a result, attentive fans will find this retelling slowly veers off into a complete AU. But then, the original really, REALLY needs that, yes?
Sorry to have to select "Explicit" as the rating, but sex shows up in a few places. I'm not trying to write a porno, but there will be some intimate relationships, always advancing the story.
As this is supposed to be a world people would actually want to live, there are (hopefully) some laugh-out-loud bits.
Also, while writing this, I discovered NexusMods, and it changed my world. So now I'm writing this as a prototype for a full-immersion game mod, assuming a modified Engineer class. The actual mod based on this story will allow any class and (more importantly) in-depth conversations with RAG-fed AI-powered NPCs! (Though that's a few years off as of 2026.) -

It’s possible that the combination you want is already in my to-do list. Summary
Commander Shepard had no idea what fate had designed for him when he landed on Eden Prime and interacted with the Prothean beacon. From humble beginnings, he would rise to lead the fight against Saren, return from the dead to face down the Collectors, before he would lead the charge in the war against the Reapers that would bring the galaxy to the brink of destruction.
Along the way, he would build teams, make friendships, and enjoy the company of women and asari. Numerous women and asari. They loved him and he loved them.
Book 2 will be rewritten as mistakes were made. Book 2 and Book 3 will be written together and eventually uploaded. No firm date yet for the first upload.
