Summary
It is 150 years in the future and a nuclear bomb has hit what used to be Asia (or more specifically, China). The radiation has created dragon-like creatures called Ulagartha or Ulagarthi plural. While a war is going on in the Blood Isles, a governmental facility has been established in a continent known as Jxi which used to South America and they are finding the strongest, smartest children on the planet to become trainers of the Ulagarthi to be used in the war, one of these children being an orphan named Rain, who is sure that the government isn't telling the kids everything...

Corrin (Yasei) wakes up in Hoshido with a scar that won't ever heal properly, a horrid headache, nearly a week's worth of memories gone, and surrounded by people claiming to be her family... but, her family is in Nohr.
She also has to deal with changes that her apparent 'Dragon Transformation' has caused her, some are nice, like enhanced senses and overall improved performance. While other changes bother her, scales growing on her and pointed ears.
But, without a doubt, the biggest change is dealing with a second conscious, a second set of thoughts and way of living... having to deal with the dragon in her.

A Birthright route where the majority of the Nohrian cast are almost as tyrannical as the very King who rules over Nohr. A life where Corrin is scarred from his time in Nohr, where the Hoshidans were right in their suspicions on how their brother was treated.

Summary
King Garon, on his return from the supposed 'peace' meeting with King Sumeragi, has the baby Corrin in tow. However, he is unable to return to Nohr safely, as his caravan ends up being attacked by a pack of Wolfskin, taking nearly everything, including the baby Corrin. Corrin, raised by the Wolfskin, does all that she can to contribute to helping her family, the pack.
This isn't Corrin siding with Nohr, Hoshido, or even forging a path to unite both kingdoms. This is Corrin, of the Wolfskin.
