Summary
It was very easy, Phil knew, to overlook him. For some reason, people failed to look past the bright blue eyes and soft smiles, they took him at face value. A mistake made time and time again, and one he had no problem taking advantage of. This new threat, these Butchers, they were just like the others. They had underestimated him, and they would pay the price for their foolishness. Because no one, and he meant no one, hurt Techno.
Or; It's the Butcher Army arch, but instead of just watching from afar, Phil decides to step in to help, after all, what are friends for?
