Summary
Chet Chipsworth is a man of two worlds: the polished newsroom of Channel Five, where he spends hours perfecting his on-camera smirk, and his slightly chaotic suburban life with his teenaged daughter Valerie. But as Chet soon finds out, life in Washington, D.C. has a way of throwing strange, absurd challenges his way, especially when a certain blue-skinned hero named Freakazoid is involved.
