Summary
The creature, after years of being ostracized and attacked by the humans simply for existing, had come to the conclusion that it would be better to put off his desire to connect and build relationships with people. He decided to live deep in a dangerous, secluded forest, in a hut that resembled the home of the old, blind man. Until one stormy night, he rescues a young woman, a curious little human who dresses and pretends to be a man. The girl, who's past is written in a journal, in a language unknown to her, strikes a deal with the creature ;
