Summary
In a world where people have evolved to have superpowers society has set rules to contain their ability. For years they were killed for being witches, or forced to work for the rich in factories, but now more medical approaches have been put in place. Skylar is one of these teens, living in these treatment centers for her whole life people have finally fought back and a new opportunity, a government run school to give opportunities for the use of powers instead of repressing them. Finally free from her past Skylar meets friends and kids like her, but the true intentions of the US for powered folk remains murky.
