During the events of "Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix - Blue Blur Edition," After Sonic and Amy return to the Realm of Light, Shadow chooses to stay behind in the Realm of Darkness, driven by the promise to aid Aqua in reconnecting with her lost half, her Heartless - Oscura.
As they delve deeper into the darkened worlds, Shadow and Aqua must confront not only the sinister Heartless but also the dark influence that continues to pull Dr. Eggman further into the abyss.
