OHH MY GOSH i gasped when i saw this !!!! genuinely so ecstatic to see a new fox's tongue and kirin's bone story here !!! and your writing is so, so gorgeous, what a treat. those descriptions of grief are incredibly poignant (rose and connor...!!! 😭 i'm so sad for them. and poor lochlann!! stuck witnessing the aftermath). i also doubt that aaron will doppel, but i still like the idea (i also like that you called him "Quiet-Step-Stalking-Pouncing" - Very Ominous and i think it reflects aaron's nature as well. they aren't so different). considering adelaide was in That Room the last we saw her, her fate is definitely ambiguous but i HOPE she's alive too. anyway anyway THANK YOU for posting this. i'll definitely be revisiting this often 😭
