I'm so honored!! And yeah, thats exactly what I was going for- Wolfwood needed an outlet where he could lose control in a safe, loving environment where there wouldn't be any consequences. Vash might be the one turning him into a humiliated mess, but Wolfwood also trusts Vash to put him back together afterwards.
Benevolent sadism about sums it up- Vash is being SO mean but also so damn gentle about it Wolfwood can't even be mad.
Dare I say that as good as it is for Wolfwood to be able to let go of control and know he won't actually get hurt, it is also good perhaps for Vash to indulge his id and be less than 150% unfailingly gentle and see that that doesn't end the world either.
100%!! In true trigun fashion Vash and Wolfwood are great at reading each other but absolutely awful at acknowledging their own desires. Its less of a focus here because this is Vash POV and he is unfortunately excellent at dodging his own baggage, but just as wolfwood can’t verbally admit that he really really really wants Vash to take care of him, Vash is not quite ready to acknowledge that he’s getting something out of this beyond just indulging in Wolfwood’s kinks
