    i occasionally check this movie's tag because its such a comfort movie for me and i always wish more is written about the two of them post the final scenes of the film – this fic was almost a dream i loved it so so much. the sweetness and the humor comes through so well without diminishing the reality of all their complications and fears... thank you so much for writing & sharing, it was truly a gift to read.

      Thank you so much!! <3 I'm so glad you enjoyed this—balancing that lightness with the struggles that would come from being married so young was really important to me, and something that fascinated me about the movie's end as well. It really is such a wonderful comfort movie; I think these two are going to stick with me for a while, haha...
