Comment on Site slowness and other currently known issues

  1. Would the known issues also include the 500 errors that have been occurring almost every time I try to download a PDF for the last week? My cache of fics to read when there is no Internet available is sadly dwindling. Speaking of cash, I am going to wander over to the donate button right now to thank you for your hard work and excellent curation.

    1. Hi, Demiverve!

The problem you're running into sounds like the one described above in the last paragraph of "The Ugly". If so, you should be able to work around the issue by first downloading the HTML version of the work, then going back and trying the PDF.

We do apologize for the problem, and we thank you for your donation!

Hi there, can you contact Support if you're still experiencing this problem with HTML downloads? That doesn't sound like something that should be happening.

          Thank you!
