    I don't understand. Sorry, maybe the language is a bit too lawyer-y for me to understand. In conclusion, people will be allowed to link to monetized blogs on Tumblr?

      No. You are allowed to link to your tumblr but not to monetized blogs: "But linking specifically to subscriber-locked material on tumblr isn't (allowed)"

      People will be allowed to link to tumblrs (which may or may not have monetised content). But they cannot link directly to monetized posts, or use language on AO3 which refers to them. "Go check out my tumblr for more writing by me!" and a general link is fine. "Go see my Post+ posts on tumblr for more writing by me!" is not.

      (Note: I am an AO3 volunteer, but not from the Policy & Abuse Committee who are in charge of contacting and if necessary warning users who break the rules.)
