The easiest way to create an account is to get an invatation from the que. You can access the invitation que by clicking on the log in button on the top right of the page, and follow the link that says 'get invited'. Right now the que has been turned off to prevent spam, but I suggust checking it every once in a while to see if it's been turned back on.
