THIS MADE ME CACKLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. READ IT TO FEEL LIKE AN EVIL BADDIE. The costume descriptions are really good and the plot progression is [claps hands] literally perfect. This is my comfort fic. this is my favorite fic. Midoriya as the Kingpin is the best thing to ever happen to him, and the villain squad is literally perfect and a bunch of sassy little twerps.
