Summary
The first sign Tony had that his day of tinkering and designing a suit to replace the ones he’d built in a PTSD frenzy and destroyed in a multi-million dollar fireworks display wasn’t going to go as planned was JARVIS’ tentative: “Sir? There’s something I believe you need to see.”
Tony set down the acetylene torch and pushed up his faceguard. Dum-E beeped mournfully ad lowered his fire extinguisher. “What’s up, JARVIS?”
“There have been some unusual occurrences in Washington DC in the last day, Sir. Due to recent events, I have been monitoring the news channels and certain online circles. This has just begun to appear online, sir, in a massive data dump. The packets are still largely compressed and encrypted and still being uploaded. I estimate there may be as much as 1000 terabytes.”
“JARVIS? Remember the conversation we had, the one about the things you should avoid doing for fear of drawing attention to yourself and revealing the scope, complexity and reach of your code?”
“Skynet Protocols. Yes, sir, I recall.”
“Good. I want you to suspend Skynet Protocols until further notice.”

This could destabilize geopolitics. Not to mention, make a lot of bad people rich, powerful and able to commit atrocities.

A new meta shows up in Gotham, but Bruce can't seem to get anyone to take him seriously when he tells them he's a threat.
Not only that, but who exactly is the teenage boy who looks like Thomas Wayne and why does he call Jason a "liminal"?

Summary
The Spirit of Gotham knows two things for sure… one, The Ghost King needed protection while he recovered and was able to form outside of his core. Two, The Dark Knight and his children were the best people to protect anything. So of course, she hides Danny’s core in the Batcave. Chaos and haunting ensues.
Tim Drake is almost half certain that he didn’t used to hallucinate this much, even if he hasn’t slept in three days. And he was almost one hundred percent sure that they hadn’t gained another sibling while he was sleeping.

“Add in how adults don’t explain stuff to kids and you get a hell of a good basis for a phobia,” Weir murmured. “What a mess.”
