Since this is currently mostly a bookmark collection atm the tags tab doesn't do anything, I have more than ten BM tags, and I borked my own tag filters by adding various status tags, I will add the tags I'm using into the profile introduction for now. ...Or at least as many as I can remember and find.

Summary
Every day is a cornucopia of new experiences. As you grow older these events tend to lose their newness, the magic that makes them special and embeds the moments into your mind, for good or bad. Hunter is used to change, by now. Used to the constant travel, and uprooting, and messiness that his upbringing wrought. All he’s ever known was a life with his uncle, moving from town to town, doing the Lord’s work in eradicating monsters from human civilization.
But he isn't human, and he never was. After one fateful night he loses everything he's ever known, and he's left floundering after finding out how much of that was a lie. Now he's stuck in a small town of supernatural entities with no idea how to play nice with others. Who thought this was a good idea? Can he figure out how to move on, or will his past catch up to him and ruin this second chance?
(And just who is this pretty, green-eyed neighbor who seems so eager to befriend him anyway?)

Hunter and Willow have been secretly pining for one another since freshman year of high school, and now they're going to be college roommates. They're just moving in together, it's no big deal. Surely this won't change anything between them.
Hunter isn't sure at which point exactly he fell in love with her — when her fingers brushed through his hair as she checked him for a concussion, or when she brought him a soup bowl-sized mug of hot cocoa, winked at him, and said, "I put some extra marshmallows in there for you, helps with the healing, trust me" — but from that night on, Hunter knew that he loved her.
And he hadn't stopped loving her, all the way to this exact moment five years later, where he now sat opposite her on his threadbare couch, faced with the prospect of living with her for the next seven months.

"Well, this here is called a soul tie. These marks are what tie you to the person you are meant to be with - your soulmate. They show up different for everyone, and some never get theirs at all. But some are born with the first words their soulmate speaks to them, some don't get theirs until their initial interaction with them, with their first words forever upon their skin past that point.
