Isagi was an alpha, after all, so it was only a matter of time before he gave in to his nature. All alphas were the same, they just needed a hole to shove their dicks into and they would swear they were in love. It was so easy to gain their affections, that losing them for a more flashy toy had to be just as simple.
In reality, Rin had no way of knowing if Isagi truly meant it when he shyly declared he would want to mark him in the future. It was probably another pretty lie to make him purr and spread his legs, like an idiot.
