Summary
Keith has always known he’s different.
That part is old news. He made peace with it a long time ago, somewhere between flunking out of the Garrison and discovering he was half-Galra. Compared to that, being a little awkward, a little out of place, barely even registers.
What does not make sense is the rest of it. Because at no point during the rebuilding of the universe, the formation of the Coalition, or his promotion to Blade Leader did anyone sit him down and 'say, hey, by the way, you got taller!'.
If he had been better at it, he might have realized sooner that he’d had some sort of growth spurt.
The first one to notice it was Pidge.

Keith wasn’t meant to hear it.
But now that he had he couldn’t stop thinking about it.
In his defense, Lance was just so damn loud whenever he talked to Hunk and Pidge. Keith was getting out of the shower when he heard it, the bathroom Lance and he shared was right by the living room. Lance probably hadn’t realized that Keith stepped out and was listening to every word he said. His ears were too attuned to catching the blue eyed boy’s voice to listen to him talk. It didn’t help that Keith had been crushing on the omega since they met. Keith leaned against the wall in his room.
“I’ve never had an Alpha make me cum untouched, and that’s something I’ve always wanted to happen.”
I bet I could make Lance cum untouched for me.

Summary
Keith's still trying to adjust to his new role of New York's Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, and now that school's back he's got a whole lot more to deal with. This includes trying to juggle his academics, keeping his secret hidden from everyone especially from his Spider-Man hating cop brother and most importantly not looking like a total moron in front of the boy he likes.
Let's just say it's not an easy gig.
