Summary
Steve is absolutely convinced Eddie is trying to steal his place. First, Eddie had won Dustin over with his D&D knowledge, and now he's put his weird charm all over Robin too. Steve's not sure when it started, but after everything with Vecna, Eddie started visiting the Family Video every day to talk with Robin. He'd come in after school at 3:20, pick a B-rate horror movie, and then would whisper with Robin at the counter. Steve could understand them being close because of everything they went through, but he couldn't understand why Eddie had to stare at him while he talked with her. It was like Eddie was trying to rub it in that everyone liked him more.
Alternative title: Rob Lowe in The Outsiders continues to be a gay litmus test to this day.
