Normally, she would've done a covert fist-pump in the produce aisle to celebrate, because her gaydar had totally been right about Captain Cold.

Summary
Judging by the look on Leonard Snart’s annoyingly smug face, he expects Barry to push the napkin with his offer, if it can be called that, back at him in horror. In fairness, every ounce of Barry’s good sense is begging him to do precisely that. Whatever “better” offer Snart will substitute in, it won’t actually be better. Barry just won’t be able to refuse him a second time – if he does, the negotiation will be over.
“I do this for you, and you’ll help? You mean it?”
