Summary

Summary
Izuku Midoriya doesn’t have a quirk, and was told by All Might to join the police force, which he did after the war and after graduating high school.
After 10 years, Bakugo is nearing to be the number 1 hero, and Izuku becomes the Captain of Police, but ends up finding out that someone is trying to assassinate him.
Hawks, the leader of the Coalition, decides to give him a personal bodyguard, and that turns out to be Bakugo himself (womp womp).

Summary
Katsuki had learned that sometimes being a Hero meant putting one's needs on the back-burner, and to be honest he was more okay with that than most. Easier to deflect questions when he had a ready answer; being a Hero came first.
He wanted nothing more than to be the best he can be, secondary gender by damned. That is until the only brand of suppressants he could stomach suddenly became discontinued. Now his body is forcing a heat he hasn't asked for, making decisions for him. He’s left wondering if it would be better suffering in silence at home, buried under a nest that will never feel like enough. Or giving in to his friend's request to try out the one place he never wished to visit even if he was dragged there kicking and screaming.
How far was Katsuki willing to go to seem normal.

And it’s finally quiet, in the hospital. Dark enough without the overhead lights that the entire wing feels calm and his body doesn’t twitch uncomfortably at the constant surveillance he’s under during the day. It’s quiet, and he’s alone.
Every day that he’s been out of surgery, that’s about the moment Izuku shows up.
He’s less and less unprepared for the sound of his door being opened at this hour, the mechanical click from the handle and the heavy, low squeak of the panel shifting slowly ajar. It’s been about a week, now. Even the first time, Katsuki had a hard time feeling the shock he tells himself he maybe should have.
Instead, like every other time, he feels relief.
