What if Gotham's newest "monster" was actually a dying child?
After escaping years of torture at the hands of the Guys in White, Danny Fenton-now known only as Phantom-arrives in Gotham broken, blind, and barely holding himself together. The world believes he destroyed Amity Park and murdered his family, and Batman is determined to stop the dangerous ecto-entity before more people die.

Danny and Jazz managed to get away from their parents and their terrible legacy, with only two major catastrophes along the way. Danny just wants to work his job at Wayne Enterprises, do a little bit of inventing, and maybe befriend the cool 19 year old CEO while living with his two best friends, all while going to college.
Jason Todd wants to go back to school, rekindle his relationship with his siblings, and live a life he can be happy with. He meets a man in an elevator that makes the rage in him freak out, but two words from the man has them settling like a tamed dog.
