Summary
His first thought when he sees Derek is, 'you’re beautiful'.
His second is, 'I know you'.
And the third is, 'what took you so long'.
He wants to say all of those things but Derek looks him in the eyes and Stiles sees nothing in Derek’s gaze and his heart doesn’t break but it does implode, caves in on itself like a black hole, a deep infinite well of dark nothingness.
Or
When Stiles realizes that he and Derek are soulmates who've lived countless lives together across all the planes of existence he's blown away. Until, that is, he realizes that Derek doesn't recognize him the way Stiles recognizes Derek and doesn't seem even remotely interested in trying to. Then he just does his best to hold on for as long as he can.

Eventually, she lays down on the brown carpet and goes back to watching cartoons.(Jonathan is her little brother, and it’s her job to look after him while Mom watches Will.
Jonathan is six, and Beth is eight, and Beth is nineteen and dead.

Ryuji and Ann blinked and blinked again trying to figure out what Morgana is trying to say. He watched as the gears churn in their head and they come to an epiphany, their faces growing horrified at the implications.
“Wait, you are saying. Joker can insta-kill literally everything in this palace. WITHOUT using SP at all?!” Ryuji clarified in astonishment because there is no way there isn’t a catch to this. “Without repercussion?!”
“Yes. That is exactly what I’m saying.”

Summary
Midoriya Izuku always wanted to be just like All Might. That is, until he watched the aftermath caused by All Might's forced retirement at Kamino Ward. Now he finds himself wondering if the Symbol of Peace is actually good for society. Why put so much pressure on the one person at the top that could fall at any time?
Todoroki Shouto was explosively reminded that he wanted to be a hero for himself and not to spite his father. Now he just isn’t sure what type of hero he wants to be. He definitely doesn’t want to be a hero like his father but trying to be like All Might doesn’t seem right either.

The fic where Izuku and Shouto separately decide to go into underground heroics. Hitoshi isn't sure what to think about the two with perfect limelight quirks going underground. Aizawa learns there might be a lot more to his students than he expected but is determined to make proper heroes out of them.

Summary
While looking at some things in the basement of their Unsub's home, Spencer manages to touch a spell on the wall that transports him to the MCU and makes a few.... changes, along the way.
He meets Peter Parker, a smart kid just trying to do his best to keep his city safe, and despite Spencer's best efforts he finds himself firmly entwined in the kid's life. Trying to keep him safe, learn control of these powers that he's found himself with, and somehow figure out a way to get home, all without getting caught by anyone and turned into a science experiment the way it always seems to go in the movies. It's not easy, and it doesn't get easier when you add in an over-protective mentor, a whole bunch of political drama, and a bunch of feelings that Spencer knows better than to even think about admitting to.
Spencer tries to cope with it all, while all the while working with this 'Dr. Strange' to try and figure out a way to get him back home. Only, as more time passes, he begins to question whether that's what he actually wants.

Eddie can’t seem to look away, can’t bring his ethereal gaze back up where it belongs. Steve thinks he should run, he should flee. A tiny part of him knows Eddie will chase him. Eddie will catch him, outrun him easily.
It's more than a little fucked up how that thrills him.

Summary
Every morning Daelyra Targaryen wakes up and chooses violence. (Figuratively, at least.)
It might be because she’s Daemon Targaryen’s daughter. It might be because her soul is from another world. It might be because her dragon blood runs hotter than most, and that means more than she knew it could. It might be because the dragon that chose her is the most vicious of them all. It might be because she's a woman on a mission.
So many might-be’s, but one thing is certain: she wasn’t meant to exist, and the sole fact that she does was enough to knock the world off its axis.
Why not push the change further?
Or: Targaryens really aren’t human and expecting them to conform to human standards rarely ends well, and sometimes an unhinged woman with an unhinged dragon is all the world needs to prevent a disaster long in the making.
