Sam’s not sure when he notes that something’s really off.
Well, everything’s off right now. Lemar’s dead, Karli’s gotten away, they just watched Walker murder a boy in broad daylight in front of a crowd of cameras and he’s definitely jacked up on super soldier serum. So he’s noticed a lot is wrong, in the last hour or so.
But something is wrong with Bucky, specifically, and Sam doesn’t know what it is, or when it started.
Realization dawns then, and the reality of the situation is only mildly less terrifying than Sam’s initial fear.Bucky’s having a seizure.

A reimagining how the meeting with Ayo could have gone. What if John never showed up at the apartment to demand Zemo to be handed over? What if Ayo hadn't met up with Bucky until after the fight with John Walker?
After the fight with Walker, Sam, Bucky and Zemo (who is still with them at this point), split up. Bucky and Zemo go back to the apartment while Sam wraps up the business with Walker. Bucky sustained some injuries in the fight, so arriving at the apartment and seeing the door ajar is... Bad news.
