Summary:

Multi needs to feed. Somehow his rations are no longer to his taste and he needs to hunt down something, anything.
He doesn't even notice when his wings take him to the forest near a certain castle.

Work Text:

Multi is hungry.

He has been hungry for a while now,

All the blood replacements he's been taking have not been satisfying his hunger.

It started to show –

First, focusing on anything became impossible; any new vial he started to experiment on was destroyed by simple mistakes, the type of mistakes that he would never let himself make with a clear head. Frustration caught up with him, which just made everything even worse. All of his detailed notes? Nothing made sense; he couldn't understand what he wrote. It all seemed like gibberish now, no matter how many times he had tried to reread them.

It just made that voice louder,

The voice in the back of his head that he has tried to ignore and been suppressing for so long,  not letting it take control of him, eating all sorts of blood replacements just so that it won't go wild. It had had enough, wanting to make Multi regret not letting himself go back to his instincts whenever it wanted, drinking all the nutrients it needed but from unknown sources. It lacked something. It lacked the warmth of something that's alive.

The Doctor knew he wouldn't last much longer without going out on a hunt — not even wanting to think about biting one of the Hussars. It wasn't like it had never happened before; he had fed from them, but they weren't on the best of terms right now. Earlier, he knew that if he asked, they would have agreed to give up their blood without hesitation. Now that trust was long gone. Not that he would want to deal with taking blood from people he once considered family — attacking a wild animal seemed like a much easier choice.

He took off his lab coat and folded it neatly, then unbound his wings, wchich unfurled in slow, aching stretches, managing to knock off a few of his notes from the desk in the process.  He really hated his wings sometimes, considering them a hassle - always getting in the way and practically never useful when he was on the ground, but right now Multi couldn't careless about the mess they were making. He needed to get out of his lab right now.

The reactor was left in a hurry, and so was the Polish cave – neither Nexe nor Graf was granted even a glance; the scientist took flight the moment he had enough space to do so. After all, his time of being sane was running out. The hunger clawing deeper, sharper.

He really needed to feed.

Now

And somehow it felt like the universe knew it, playing in his face, suddenly no animal left in sight, just as if they knew he was coming, hiding in the silence of the island, just out of reach. The emptiness streaching so long ahead - like it mocked his desperation - like they wanted him to starve.

It was going to be a long, hungry flight.

————

Meanwhile, three Mexicans were simply enjoying their own company after a day full of work at the crow's castle.

Their friendly banter got interrupted by a shadow that streaked past - too quick to catch at first. Aldo paused, eyes sharp, following the path of the figure with his eyes, Roier stopped mid-sentence.

– What are you looking at?? - Quackity asked, spinning around, but seeing nothing suspicious.

– Something flew by. I swear if someone started spying the moment we began working on rebuilding this place, I'll rip their head off – Aldo said while getting up from his seat – I'll check it out; it seemed like it crashed in the forest nearby – he added, snapping his wings open, not really waiting for an answer.

– Papu waiiiit !! — Roier called after him — come on Quacks, my strong, handsome man! let's go after him — He said while throwing himself on Quackity, who just lightly giggled and fluttered his wings open, before he took to the air.

 --------

Aldo landed carefully a few meters behind the beast, drawing out his sword and not folding his wings yet. Wondering on whether he should yell and keep his distance or silently approach it. He decided on the latter. Moving closer, the features started to sharpen, Aldo could notice now that the shape huddled low, bat wings folding like a fragile shield, covering itself. Unfortunately, his foot caught on something thin and soft, something hasn't noticed - the tail. Making the creature yelp sharply, wings snapping open as it turned toward him.

—Multiiiii, don't scare us like th- Hey what happened here? — Quackity, who just appeared next to Aldo, visibly changed his expression from excitement to concern

—Why are you so bloody man, Huh?

The comment was made in a slightly jokingly, but still in full of worry tone by Roier, who wanted to release the building tension. He moved closer to Multi and attempted to take a better look at the situation. The scientist's face was covered in blood, which now was dripping on his clothes. The panicked expression not really helping his case, nor the fact that he was trembling.

— Can't u see my man is cold? Undress yourself from that jacket Pendejo. What a gentleman would let THE John Multas freeze, really.

That comment seemed to wake up everyone from their little trances, the scientist shaked his head and tried to wipe off the blood from his face

– No, no really there's no need, really, it's just - Before he got to finish his sentence, there was a blue hoodie thrown at him and a dark coat around his shoulders, a hand supporting his back, slowly drawing soothing circles. Aldo, being so close now, could finally see where did the blood came from, he made eye contact with two other Mexicans and nodded in direction of a dead rabbit. Quackity decided not to question it further and crouched before Multi, resting one of his hands on his leg, comforting smile painted on his face

– Talk to us Boss, what's going on?

Multi grunted, hugging the hoodie and trying to hide away from their gazes. Embarrassment took over him. What was he even supposed to say? Admit to suppressing his hunger for so long that he didn't even notice where he was flying when looking for food? That his wings took him here instinctively and supposedly he couldn't find any bigger animal that he could satisfy his cravings before? Or maybe admit to the fact that he's still so, so hungry.

In the end, he didn't need to say anything, growling that came from his stomach gave him away. Roier narrowed his eyes at him and positioned himself closer.

— You're a vampire, right? — an obvious statement rather than a question, still a way that made the other raise his head and get his attention - Multis eyes were meet with Prince's forearm, the sleeve already rolled up – come on, eat, I can tell you need it – nervousness clearly heard in his voice.

Multi's lips trembled with the urge to refuse. He closed his eyes tightly, shaking his head, it didn't seem right to him. But the aroma, the scent of his blood, so close, his skin next to his face - he couldn't resist, simply giving in to the temptation. Slowly, almost hesitantly, he parted his lips and sanked his fangs in.

A painful whimper escaped Roier's lips before he bit his lower lip, he expected it to hurt, just didn't know it would be that much. He used his other hand to grab Aldo's and hid his face in the crook of scientist neck. He could feel his body weakening, was it supposed to feel like that? He'll ask later. His thoughts were all over the place right now.

The moment Aldo felt that Roier's grip on his hand was loosening he cupped Multi's cheeks in his palms

— Hey, hey you can have more later, pull out those pretty fangs for now, alright?- It took a second before the words reached his mind, but the moment it did he slowly retracted his fangs, licked away the remaining blood and closed the wounds he made. He seemed dazed, like he wasn't aware what did he just do. Still, he shifted and laid his head on Roier's not saying anything yet, just breathing in, analyzing his situation. Prince was still glued to his side, both hands now on his waist, hugging him. He liked the feeling, it felt calm. He felt at ease for the first time in a while. Not wanting to break the silence but knowing he had to eventually.

— How do I taste? – Roier beat him to it, asking the question with genuinely curious expression.

— Warm... how are you feeling?

— Warm is not a flavour, dumbass - he started removing himself from the other, slowly stretching and not really waiting for a genuine answer after that - I'm exhausted

— I'm sorry, I shouldn't have-

— Stop, don't be sorry. I would do anything to help you man.

— No, but I couldve- Multi was cut of before he was able to even start rambling. The prince's lips brushed against his in a light, quick kiss - soft, yet charged with hunger. A tease. A promise for more.

— You'll be hungry again sooner or later right? Stop worrying, if you could do something better you'll do it next time you have your chance. – He could feel the smug grin appearing on Roier's face before he leaned away, leaving the vampire with a blush creeping onto his face.

They haven't realized when the other two got up from the ground, now hovering over them. Avian got their attention by running his hands through their hairs – come on guys, we can continue inside rather than here, get up - And with a bit of support, they did, still both a little woobly once on their feet.

—Okay, multi get on my back, Aldo is gonna take Roier – Quackity practically ordered while turning away, crouching, his wings slightly fluttering.

He considered protesting, his wings were completely functional - but he himself? Still dazed. It shouldn't be like this. He already should have felt much better, was that much blood not enough for him now?

He felt Aldo's gaze on him, looking up, he gave him a reassuring smile before flying away.

He was taking too long, Avian now grunting his name as a warning, knowing that the scientist would rather fly himself but also that he doesn't really have any strength in him left. Finally he leaned against his back, tightly hugging his torso and hiding his face against his neck. Before he knew it, they were already in the air, right next to the other two.

---

A Smack loud enough for everyone to hear spread through the air Multi's hold tightened

– KURWA! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?? — hurt groans escaped his throat, his back was just whacked by Quackity's wings.

— That's for not jumping straight into my arms when I told you to. You really were considering flying by yourself in that state, you insult me really – a pout presented itself on his face

—Ouh, you definitely deserved it – Aldo snickered, with Roier laughing over him

They fell into a calm silence  for the rest of the flight, comfortable presence of the others being more than enough for them, accompanied by soft rustle of wings and the gentle whisper of the wind, all bathed in moonlight.

————

Multi hasn't noticed when have they entered the castle, or the chamber, opening his eyes only when Quackity sat with him on the couch, nudging his hand. Roier seemed to regain most of his strength by now, standing behind the frame, leaning against Aldo's back, who sit before them.

- Are you still hungry? - Avian leaned backwards, pressing on the scientist, who now was trapped against him and the backrest. He didn't seem to mind thought, only tightening his hold on the other. Slowly shaking his head against Quackitys shoulder.

He was hungry.

He shouldn't be.  It already was more than enough

— Nothing that some more packets of blood replacements can't fix.— He dismissed it

— So you are hungry

— You could say that... but I really shouldn't take advantage of you like that.

— What if I want to be bit? — that made Multi raise his head

—huh?

— You heard me! - the answer came in a slightly higher tone, his headwings twitching nervously

—I haven't seen your face that pink in a while Quack – Aldo snickered, a playful grin on his face.

Roier poke his cheek — Oh this one wants to get bit too, don't get him wrong, he's just as shy as you Multi - Crow clearly did not expect that comment, redness showing on his face, also noticable on his ears, especially when he tried to hide his face in his hand.

—Also! I told you I want you to bite me again so don't forget about that either - he added making his own cheeks blush.

All those comments made the scientist somehow aware of what is on the table here the offerings practically too good to be true.

—So I can just feed of you three? — his hand left to wonder around Quackitys torso, his blouse nowhere in sight, nor the coat of the crow, did they leave them in the forest? Or did they throw them somewhere when they arrived? It wasn't important right now, but his mind seemed to search for something else to think about, too nervous about where it was going. He could feel the Mexican shiver under his touch, which bringed him out of his train of thoughts.

—You could try, maybe you'll like the taste — Avian chuckled under him, slightly baring his neck.

—I know I will, that's what I'm scared of. Keep an eye on me okay? — he wanted to taste him so bad, his nose already next to the skin, admiring the smell and slightly brushing around the place he was about to sink in his fangs. The fact they weren't alone made him calm - knowing that even if he goes overboard, there will be someone else to stop him. He could simply give over the control to them and in the end it's all going to be okay.

One of his hands positioned on Avians waist, the second under his jaw, slowly kissing along it. Then stopping, breathing him in, looking for any sign of hesitation in the other.

There was none.

So he bites him.

- oh shiiiiiit - an involuntary whine came out of Quackity, eyes shut, his wings fluttering rapidly, hands panicking, not knowing what he should hold on to, finally deciding on scientist thighs, grasp tightening with every slurp. Multi's hand wandered, tracin the curve of Avian's shoulder. His blood was so sweet, and the fact that it was mixing with the one he had before? Divine experience - he thrived for that high, no drug could even attempt to compare. With every gulp the tight grip of sobriety loseened, and with Quacks melting further into him, hearing him sigh softly, they were both so lost in the moment.

He should be concerned about the fact that he was the one getting the consequences of feeding, and not the men around him - simply brushing it off as a result of living from blood replacements wouldn't do it. Though the fact that it all was gonna go to him was thrilling, so he could let it go for now. His greediness coming to him - his next victim, Aldo, already on his mind, he threw him a look before closing his eyes. He just knew that when he gets to him the mix of all their blood will be the best thing he ever tasted. But right now he should focus back on the Ducky under his touch. The one trying to arch, unable to, being firmly held in place.

— Great now I'm hard — Aldo muttered breathlessly, not wanting to rush them. He might have been growing impatient but he liked the view he got in front of him.

— I was about to say... – Roier snickered, teasing the one under him by caressing his hair, also admiring the show.

Sloowing down with the feast, after lapping around the wound, he traced around Avian's shoulder, neck, leaving a bloody trial along it. Quackity's hand plunged, now pulling onto dreads of the other. His eyes locked on the golden wings. Gorgeous feathers just in his reach - he carresed them, making Quackity jump, strangled sound leaving his throat. Eyes widening just enough for him to see faces of the two mexicans infront of them. A few more bites were placed, mainly to leave a mark more than to feed.

A sharp breath broke the quiet —Multii – he turned his head sideways, just to catch a glimpse of the man behind him – go bite Aldo now, I want that cocky smile wiped off his face — he whispered, turning a little more, leaning in to land a soft peck on his lips— you can do that for me, right? Sweetheart?— words sighted into his mouth, a tease for more.

— Anything for you, Ducky — Scientist smiled lazily against avians lips before kissing him. Parting, he placed peck on them, then kissed his jaw. Quackity moved away from his lap, letting Multi get up, practically pushing him in the direction of the other two. He didn't seem to really mind, making his way towards Roier and Aldo, small glances escaping him to look at the left behind avian.

Multi located himself between legs of the crow feeling how they look him up and down. He didn't get to react before Aldo's hands placed themselves on his hips, pulled him closer, making him fall onto warrior lap.

— You know Doc.. — he started, his hand under Multis jaw, thumb making his way to hold onto his bottom lip. — you gave us quite a performance — another hand appeared on his chest, exploring, he hasn't noticed when Roier has jumped over the couch, but now there he was, sitting next to them, looking at him with something he couldn't quite name yet. — Maybe it's time you give us a moment to show off? — he felt another hand on the base of his wings - Quackity now stood behind him a small whine he couldn't swallow escaped his lips, accompanying the nervous smile that appeared on his face - three men offering themselves to him, and now claiming that they'll take care of everything?

It was going to be the best night of his life.
