“Okay, so if I am getting this right,” Alexis began as she, alongside Aster, Syrus, Hassleberry and Bastion, were watching two of the strongest duelists from the Red Dorm, Jaden and Chazz, were ready to duel each other, “They are going to have another duel after the Society of Light and the Genex Tournament were finished.”
“Yup. Sarge got new cards alongside Private Princeton so they wanted to test out their new cards in a duel.” said Hassleberry as he was looking at the envelope looking at his new Dinosaur cards.
“Not just them, but Chumley created us new cards to flesh out our decks. I finally have new Vehicroid cards!” said Syrus as he looked at the new collection of monsters such as Kiteroid, Mixeroid and Mobile Base.
Aster raised a brow as Bastion looked at his two envelopes, “Even I have gotten new cards for my Chemic deck and Magnet Warrior deck. They could help with deck building.”
“Now that you put it like that, I guess I understand why they jumped the gun and decided to test out their cards. I can’t wait to use Vrash.” said Alexis as she can’t stop looking at her new Ritual Monster that is basically a Raigeki on legs.
“Who’s Chumley?” asked Aster as he was the only one that hasn’t heard anything from the former Slifer Red.
“He was our roommate last year before he got a job in Industry Illusions by Pegasus.” explained Syrus, looking at his new Counter Trap, “He won by having the best newly made card. He’s a fantastic artist.”
Aster looked up to think where he heard the news before nodding, “Oh Huffington. Now I remember.” He said as he remembered winning a tournament a few months ago and he met Chumley and Pegasus there. That was when he heard about the news of the Crystal Beast cards. “I heard that he was creating a new set of Destiny Hero cards, so I want to see how they stack up against Jaden’s.”
Their attention was then brought straight to the two duelists placing their decks inside of their duel disks.
“Ready, Jaden?” asked Chazz with a grin on his face.
“You betcha! I can’t wait to test out my new friends! I am just as excited as when I met Neos!” said Jaden as he could barely stop and admire his new set of cards.
“Good because now you are going down this time!” said Chazz as he himself could barely hold it in.
“In your dreams Chazz! Now, let’s get our game on!” yelled Jaden as they opened their duel disks.
And they screamed.
“DUEL!”

Turn 1.
“I’ll start!” Jaden yelled as he then took the first 6 cards from his deck as Chazz took the first 5 cards from his deck.
He looked at his hand and saw a familiar face, 2 new Spells, 1 new Trap and 2 new monsters he could summon as one of them is one that can fit into any Hero Deck he could build.
“Alright, I’ll start off by normal summoning my Elemental Hero Stratos!” yelled Jaden as he slammed a card onto his duel disk as a new face appeared. It was a monster with blue skin, a gray helmet with a blue vizor, white gray pants, blue armour around his chest and shoulders, blue and gray gauntlets on his arms, with propeller wings on the back.

“And when he is summoned, I can activate one of his two effects! One of which is currently impossible to use, so I will activate his first effect! Allowing me to add any Hero monster from my deck to my hand!” yelled Jaden as he took out his deck and from it took out a monster, returning the deck to the duel disk.
Aster raised a brow, “Wait, any Hero monster? Huh… I think I’ll order one from Huffington.” said Aster as that simple effect is incredible for a Hero Duelist like him.
“Now, here’s something I can’t wait to show so why even wait? I’ll be activating the Spell Card Hero’s Bond!” the spell card appeared right in front of Jaden as it showed the original 4 Heroes that have built his deck, “When a Hero monster is on the field, I am allowed to special summon 2 Level 4 or lower Elemental Hero Monsters from my hand!”
“That simple swarming effect?” asked Bastion as that simply sounded absurd.
Jaden took two cards from his hand, “These two are the newbies, so don’t give them to much hate for their starting position! From my hand, I summon my Elemental Hero Blazeman and Elemental Hero Shadow Mist!” Jaden slammed 2 cards onto his field as then two new monsters appeared on the field.
One of them was a hero with a red mask that was on fire, as the gloves were black and were parts of his pants were also black, as around his stomach and knees were gray, his shoes were red and there were several red lining, as his chest was a bright red armour. It had 6 different orbs around him.
The other was a rather interesting face. It was a slim woman with pale blue skin with black markings around her eyes, of which they are blood red. Her hair was a dark blue flowing shade and it fit nicely with her colour design. She wore black leather that morphed around her body as if it was armour itself, fitting through every part of her skin as she had cloth around her hips.

While most were at surprise that two monsters appeared and that they each had a completely different colour scheme than the other, Jaden continued to smirk, “You see here? Now Burstinatrix is no longer the only female Hero in my deck! She finally has a gal pal! And she’s really helpful too alongside my Blazeman!”
Jaden took out his deck, “They both have effects when they are Special Summoned, of which I am allowed to take a Polymerization from my deck thanks to Blazeman,” Jaden took out a card from his deck and continued to search, “And a new Quick-Play Spell card by the name of Mask Change thanks to Shadow Mist.” He took the card and returned the deck with 2 new cards filling his hand.
It was important to irritate that the ability of summoning 2 monsters from the hand while also barely making a difference in the hand size is quite alarming, but for someone like Jaden, it was barely even a problem. The two monsters were placed in Defense Mode to protect themselves from danger.
Chazz has no idea what Mask Change does, but he knows that he has to be careful around it.
Jaden took two cards from his hand, “Now that is all that I could do. So after throwing down 2 facedowns, I’m calling it a turn.” said Jaden as 2 cards were then set vertically behind the three new Elemental Heroes.
Turn 2. Chazz - 4000 lp - 5 cards
“Nice start, but I’ll show you that it is nothing special! I draw!” yelled Chazz as he drew the top card of his deck as he looked at it. A smirk creeped on his face as he continues to look at it. It was more or less the perfect card that he needed in order to continue to keep his advantage.
An advantage that he has took now or it is too late.
“I’ll start by activating my Continuous Spell card known as XYZ Combine!” yelled Chazz, “I won’t be explaining what it can do, but I will for a few seconds since-” Chazz took a card from his hand and activated it, “I activate the other continuous Spell card Different Dimension Hangar!”
Above in the sky appeared a dark cloud that was only available to Chazz’s spot, signifying that it will only be for a benefit in Chazz’s favour.
Chazz took out his entire deck and looked at it.
“This card allows me to pick up 3 Union monsters from my deck and banish them.” said Chazz as he then looked around for 3 specific cards that he has in his mind to summon. “I’ll banish my Y - Dragon Head, Z - Metal Tank and W - Wing Catapult!” He placed the three cards into his pocket.
All the while his XYZ Combine begins to shine. “Here’s the main reason why I played my XYZ Combine. You see, when a Light Machine monster is banished in anyway, I am allowed to special summon 1 X - Head Cannon, Y - Dragon Head and Z - Metal Tank from my deck!” he explained as it shocked most of them at how quickly he was able to summon it.
The monster he summoned was a famous Normal Monster used by Seto Kaiba, as the monster had cannons on its shoulders, a spiky ball at the bottom that had a blue yellow colouring scheme as it fought for dominance.

Up at the sky, they heard a noise that could only be classified as mechanical arms moving.
Chazz laughed, “Which then perfectly combos with Different Dimension Hangar! When a monster that is summoned on my field, in which it has its name in the effect text, the Union Monster is summoned on the field! So come out! Y - Dragon Head and Z - Metal Tank!” Chazz roared.
Two pairs of mechanical arms then planted a red mechanical dragon and a yellow robotic taken right in between X - Head Cannon.

(Z - Metal Tank: Union - Level 4 - Light Machine - Attack: 1500. Defense: 1300.)
“What a combo! With using the effect of XYZ Combine, Different Dimension Hangar makes it the perfect card to banish the components for X - Head Cannon, as the effect of XYZ Combine makes it the perfect component for the other effect of Different Dimension Hangar! Making him at least summon 3 monsters!” Bastion explained.
Aster crossed his arms, “It’s a good combo, but it is nothing to really write home about if the opponent managed to get card advantage by summoning 2 monsters with a Spell card.”
“Chazz needs to at least blow up his field in order to make the card advantage drop in numbers.” said Alexis as Chazz took a card from his hand.
“Don’t you worry about that since I summon my V - Tiger Jet!” yelled Chazz as then on his side of the field appeared a tiger that was also a jet, with a green and yellow colouring scheme appeared next to the other Light Machine monsters.

They heard a similar sound up int he skies as Jaden instantly knew what was coming.
“Different Dimension Hangar?” he asked.
“Yup! And now, I’ll summon W - Wing Catapult to the field!” yelled Chazz as then another pair of mechanical arms then dragged down a blue coloured wing towards the V - Tiger Jet.
(W - Wing Catapult: Union - Level 4 - Light Machine - Attack: 1300. Defense: 1500.)
“He assembled 5 monsters on his field with only 3 cards!” yelled Syrus as they were shocked that Chazz was able to turn out an insane amount of card advantage at a mere turn of his hand.
“Not to mention, with the effect at how powerful his deck could be, he can blow away Jaden’s defense at any second.” said Bastion as they were almost familiar with the combo of all 5 monsters that are on the field.
“And why wait? I then Unionize my X - Head Cannon, Y - Dragon Head and Z - Metal Tank to form one monster! And then! V - TIger Jet and W - Wing Catapult! Combine as well!” Chazz roared as all 5 monsters then flew upwards.
At one side the three original monsters that were summoned flew at the skies above. X - Head abandoned its spiky ball while Y- Dragon its wings. Z - Metal Tank stood still as Y - Dragon Head latched itself into it. As soon as Y - Dragon did that, X - Head Cannon connected itself on Z and Y to create a monster that Seto Kaiba himself uses. The machine stood proudly with its eyes glowing red. “Come out! XYZ - Dragon Cannon!”
While at the other side, V - Tiger Jet flew towards W - Wing Catapult, landing perfectly, making a new monster. The new monster landed on the right of XYZ - Dragon Cannon. It was simple, yet effective at how one could bring out, “Come out! VW - Tiger Catapult!”
(VW - Tiger Catapult: Fusion - Level 6 - Light Machine - Attack: 2000. Defense: 2100.)
(XYZ - Dragon Cannon: Fusion - Level 8 - Light Machine - Attack: 2800. Defense: 2600.)
“Two Fusion Monsters in one turn. Even Jaden can hardly do that.” Aster narrowed his eyes as Chazz then began to take a card from his hand.
“Now, let’s get to the best part shall we? XYZ - Dragon Cannon has a great effect in which I take a card from my hand, discard it,” Chazz revealed a Spell card as he then sent the card straight to his graveyard, “Target 1 card on the field,” all cannons that one monster could have then pointed straight at Stratos.
“And destroy them! Hyper Destruction!”
XYZ - Dragon Cannon shot a mass aray of bullets coming at the Wind Hero monster, but to Jaden, he only smirked.
“Well, I was planning on using it later, but it won’t hurt to activate it now! I activate my set card, Mask Change!” yelled Jaden as then his new Quick-Play Spell card was then activated, showing itself to reveal a mask that could be used on anyone and anything, as Stratos grabbed the mask that was flown straight at him.
“This card targets any one of my Hero monsters that I have on the field and the way it works is pretty simple, I tribute them and then Special Summon a Hero monster from my Extra Deck that shares the same Attribute! Now, Stratos..:” Jaden smirked as then Stratos placed the mask on his face, “Transform!”
As soon as Stratos placed the mask onto his face, a massive glow appeared around him. The mask wasn't simply put on, but it continued to change his entire appearance. The mask began to sprout leather around his body, perfectly fitting around his entire body, covering all the bases and muscle to be shown as the perfect monster that could defeat any foe.
The monster was then revealed. It was a monster that had similar height and proportions to Stratos, but his armour was completely different. There marks of black that were around his knees, hips, side of his torso and biceps, light green that were around his cheek bones and abs, green that covered his thighs, hands, shoulders and his face, of which 2 pairs of his face began to sprout higher than it already was, like small green spikes and had orange eyes. Around his shoulders, he wore a red scarf. “Come out, Masked Hero Blast!”
Masked Hero Blast then moved his left arm to the middle of his chest in a narrow way while his right arm was moved above, making it look like a 45 degree angle.

“So that must be the new cards that the Sarge has gotten!” yelled Hassleberry as stars shined in his eyes seeing the new monster.
“It even looks like a Power Ranger.” replied Syrus as Bastion shook his head.
“Actually, I believe the term is called a… Sentai from Japan.” said Bastion as Aster nodded.
“Yup. Power Rangers is actually the American Version of a Super Sentai named Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, of which it was dubbed and reshot to make the original show.” Aster explained, “While you were close, they most likely took inspiration from Kamen Rider, which is actually older than Sentai series and is a part of the Tokusatsu genre. The difference is that Sentai denotes for a squad of nearly identical looking colour coded superheroes while Tokusatsu usually focuses on 1 colour coded superhero or something unnatural like Godzilla and Ultraman.”
“That was surprisingly thoughtful.” Bastion mentioned as he glanced at him, “You watch Tokusatsu?”
“I started watching it when I was 9 so naturally I am a bit more knowledgeable about the genre itself.” said Aster as he refused to mention that he has a whole comic book collection of DC Comics.
“If I am not mistaken, that dodges the effect of your XYZ - Dragon Cannon!” Jaden said as Blast then ran to the missiles and flipped over it, missing it by a hair.
“That won’t be enough to stop me.” said Chazz as a card popped out of his graveyard, “Now the effect of Ojamagic activates! When it is sent ot the graveyard, I am allowed to take Ojama Yellow, Green and Black from my deck to my hand!” yelled Chazz as he reached to his deck.
“Not so fast Chazz! When Masked Hero Blast is summoned to the field, your monster loses half of its attack!” Jaden explained as Blast pulled out darts from his belt and threw them at XYZ - Dragon Cannon. Despite being mechanical, it felt the poison inside of its body, decomposing and rusting parts of its body.
XYZ - Dragon Cannon: 2800 - 1400 attack points
Chazz sneered, but continued on with his play. He took out his deck and got to his 3 Ojama monsters that he took to his hand.
“I’ll play now my Iron Draw Spell card! When I control exactly 2 Machine Effect monsters and no other monsters, I can draw 2 cards!” Chazz said as he drew the top 2 cards from his deck to his hand and placed them in his hand, “But after this card resolves, I can only Special Summon once.”
Chazz looks at his hand. Currently he had 3 free discard cards that he could use to use the to destroy his three monsters and attack for game, but considering that Jaden has a set card, he probably has something in case that happens. Even if he does use VW’s effect, it could backfire with a card like Drowning Mirror Force and he only has the three Ojama monsters in his hand as monsters.
The best choice is to go on the offensive and deal with the one that seems like the least troubling monster to deal with.
“I’ll discard my Ojama Green and Black from my hand!” Chazz heard two of the three Ojamas plead for them to be in his hand, but he ignored them as he sent them to the graveyard, “So I can destroy your Masked Hero Blast with XYZ - Dragon Cannon’s effect while Shadow Mist is switched to attack mode thanks to my VW - Tiger Catapult!”
XYZ - Dragon Cannon then pointed its cannons straight towards the new Hero as then several missiles were shot and he was unable to react in time as he exploded upon contact. Shadow Mist, through trying to fight back, was switched into an attack position.
“Now! Battle! VW - Tiger Catapult! Destroy Blazeman with Heatseeker Blitz!” yelled Chazz as then his Fusion monster roared as it then flew at high speeds at the Fire Hero, catapulting the tiger so it could crash into the Fire Hero at high speeds, causing a small explosion.
“Then! XYZ - Dragon Cannon! Destroy Shadow Mist with Cannon Firestorm!” yelled Chazz as then several missiles were then shot straight towards Shadow Mist, causing her to scream in anguish. Causing a small explosion.
Jaden: 4000 - 3600 lp
Chazz: 4000 lp
“Thanks Chazz,” that simple sentence made him groan as soon as he heard it, “When Shadow Mist is sent to the graveyard, I am allowed to add 1 Hero monster from my hand to my deck! So I am going to add my Elemental Hero Woodsman!” JAden took out his deck to only take out his 1 more new Elemental Hero.
“Of course it would have a floating effect.” Chazz rubbed his eyes as he then continued on with his turn, “I am not done just yet! With 5 monsters, I could create an even stronger monster!” That sentence caused most of the group to back off as they knew what was coming, “I fuse my XYZ - Dragon Cannon with my VW - Tiger Catapult in order to create my boss monster!”
Both XYZ and VW jumped up, as then both of their parts came out of the body. Z - Metal Tanks’ legs came out, X - Head Cannon jumped out of Y - Dragon Head, whose wings came off. V - Tiger Jet jumped out of W - WIng Catapult, whose legs also came off. And then they all merged together. The legs of Z - Metal Tank became its arms, Y - Dragon Head’s wing also became its wings of the giant mech, the legs W - Wing Catapult became its legs. The head of Dragon Head was on the crotch of the mech. The head of the big mech was none other than X - Head Cannon. Chazz finally announced the name of his strongest monster, “VWXYZ - Dragon Catapult Cannon!”

Alexis gritted her teeth, “He summoned his strongest monster that quickly.” she almost bit her finger at the mere sight of this beast.
Chazz smirked the entire time as he looked at the almost uncomfortable look on his face, knowing that he was almost countering him.
He took a card from his hand, “You can make a turn after I set a card facedown.” a card was set vertically behind the massive mech as Chazz announced the end of his turn.
Turn 3. Jaden - 3600 lp - 4 cards
There was something about Chazz’s monsters that made it difficult to get over.
Maybe it was due to the fact that he could pump them out like candy or it was due to how he can use monsters with high level attack while using low level attack monsters.
Though, it isn’t something that is impossible for him to get over. He just has to believe in himself, it has worked several times before.
“Alright, here goes something.” said Jaden as he drew the top card of his deck nad he narrowed his eyes. This card is fantastic, but since he has a card left on his field, it couldn’t be used to its fullest potential.
Though, he does have ways around it.
“Alright, I’ll start off by playing my H-E-R-O Flash!! Spell card!” yelled Jaden as then from it appeared a signal that said ‘HERO’ in bright red colours and it represented the 4 cards used to activate the spell Hero Flash, “This card has 4 effects, but I’ll use the third effect!” he yelled as a card popped out of his graveyard.
“I target an Elemental Hero monster from my graveyard and either add it to my hand or Special Summon it, so I’ll take Shadow Mist from my graveyard and special summon her!” yelled Jaden as then he took the card and slammed it onto his field.
Shadow Mist appeared on the field as then the signal faded.

“Then! I get to add 1 Quick-Play Change card from my deck to my hand!” yelled Jaden as he then took out his deck to which he took out a single card from it and then placed the deck back into the duel disk.
“To which I will activate!” yelled Jaden as then the same mask appeared in the hands of Shadow Mist. She took it and then placed it onto her face. What happened to Stratos was happening to her. “Shadow Mist… Transform!”
Her form was finished, and it seemed to change the gender of Shadow Mist. The new form was as dark as the night itself. The thighs seemed to be separated by skin, as its knees and claws on both hands and feet were dark red coloured, with the belt being a simple circle around its crotch. It’s head seemed to be that of a small dragon as the head came out of its maw and it had a small horn on the top of the helmet. “Come out, Masked HERO Anki!”
Anki then moved its hand upwards and to his head, almost as if it was a salute.

“Wait, why didn’t Jay use Shadow Mist’s effect?” asked Syrus as Jaden then looked over at his hand.
“I am guessing that he can only use either effect once per turn.” theorized Alexis as he got a nod from Jaden, “Guess I am correct.”
“Chazz, you are in a world of hurt as now I activate my Trap card, Damaged Mask!” Jaden’s lone set card was then activated, revealing itself as a card came out of his duel disk, “With this card active, I am allowed to special summon my Masked Hero Blast from my graveyard, but it gets destroyed during the End Phase, so come out!”
A portal appeared to which Blast jumped over it, performed a flip and then landed right in front of Jaden, performing the same pose as before, but this time with more of a serious look to his face.

“Masked Hero Blast’s effect is now active!” yelled Jaden with a smirk as Chazz narrowed his eyes.
“Before you do that, I am activating my Trap Card! A-to-Z Energy Load! When you activate an effect, I am allowed to draw 1 card for every Level 8 or higher Fusion Light Machine I control!” yelled Chazz as he then drew the top card of his deck.
Jaden nodded, knowing that he unconsciously got around to Blast’s second effect of bouncing a Spell or Trap card on the field. Blast got daggers once more before throwing daggers at the massive VWXYZ - Dragon Catapult Cannon.
VWXYZ - Dragon Catapult Cannon: 3000 - 1500 attack points
“Now, battle! Masked Hero Anki attacks your VWXYZ - Dragon Catapult Cannon! Onizume!” yelled Jaden as then Anki flared its claws at the bottom of his feet, as he then jumped upwards and then flew at the massive mech to deliver a powerful dropkick, crashing through the mech and tearing it apart.
Jaden: 3600 lp
Chazz: 4000 - 2700 lp
“When Anki destroys a monster, I get to add a Quick-Play Change card from my deck to my hand, and I’ll add…” Jaden took his deck from his duel disk, took a single card, placed the deck back to his duel disk and revealed it to his opponent, “Mask Change II!”
“How many version of the Change cards do you have?” asked Chazz as he raised a brow.
“Like 4? I believe at least.” Jaden replied as he then pointed at Chazz with his Masked Hero Blast, “Now, Blast will continue as well! Drop Draft!” yelled Jaden as then Blast jumped upwards.
He then used the surrounding winds to propel him straight towards Chazz, striking him at his foot, making him cringe out loud as he caressed his foot.
Jaden: 3600 lp
Chazz: 2700 - 500 lp
“Son of a-”
“Sorry!”
“Whatever, just end your turn already.” said Chazz as he then stood up from the pain as he waited patiently for the next move.
Jaden looked at his hand and nodded, “I’ll throw down a face down and call it a turn.” said Jaden as a card was set vertically behind the two Masked Heroes.
Though, thanks to Damaged Mask, Blast evaporated into dust once activated.
Turn 4. Chazz - 500 lp - 4 cards
Chazz could only feel anger inside of himself as he continuously felt as though he was always in the backfoot against Jaden, but to be fair, who wasn't when coming against him?
In his hand, he only held combo pieces that could pay off should he get the correct card in this turn. If he doesn’t, he loses.
However, if one could do it, then why couldn’t he?
“I draw!” yelled Chazz as he looked at the card that he just drew. He looked at it and then a big smirk appeared on his face. He took a card from his hand.
“I set a card face down,” a card was then vertically set in front of him only for Chazz to get the card he just got this turn, “Then I will play my Spell Card, Giant Trunade!” Many were taken aback from hearing the spell card as a massive tornado appeared onto the field, almost taking people by the feet by the massive gale that was pushing them away.
“This card returns every single Spell and Trap card that is on the field! Mine and yours!” Despite the fact that the gale was strong, Anki moved forward to protect him and Jaden from the massive gale in front of them as the only victims to the spell was Jaden’s set card, Chazz’s set card, XYZ Combine and Different Dimension Hangar.
All 4 cards returned to the hand.
And one of them glow.
Alexis sighed, knowing the combo Chazz just did.
“And since my Trap Treasure Map returned to the hand, I am allowed to draw 2 cards from my deck as long as I discard a card,” Chazz sent the Trap that he just returned from the field to the hand as he then drew the top 2 cards of his deck.
He looked at the two new cards and nodded.
“I play my Different Dimension Hangar!” the same dark cloud that was activated a turn ago reappeared above Chazz’s head.
“He returned 2 to 3 cards from his field to the hand that could benefit him in either getting combo pieces faster or to thin out his deck, not only that, but he removed a slight possible Battle Trap that could have destroyed his plan. Smart move.” Alexis said as Aster stayed quiet.
Chazz took out his deck and then looked over 3 cards that could benefit him in the current format. A small peak into his hand made him realize the best possible combo he could make, “You already know the effect, so I will say what three cards I will banish! Pitch Black Dragon, Beetron-2 Beetleturbo and Beetron-3 Spider Base!”
“So he either has Dark Blade in his hand, or, the most likely monster…” Aster was proven right as soon as Chazz took one more card from his hand.
“Which I will then summon my Beetron-1 Beetletop!” on his field appeared a machine with that black colouring around its back, its horn, its legs and wheels while the front and the belly was a deep orange. It had designs of a beetle (especially the horn, the legs and the back shell) and elements of a machine (wheel at the bottom of the body, 4 legs coming out of its stomach).

”I never understood why he decided to play this rather off archetype.” said Hassleberry as they saw the clouds of Different Dimension Hangar glow at a deeper black shade of clouds.
”Neither do I, but if I had to guess, I would assume he needed more Union Monsters for his deck.” said Bastion as two pairs of mechanical arms then brought down two monsters right next to Beetletop.
”Thanks to my Different Dimension Hangar, I can now summon Beetron-2 Beetleturbo and Beetron-3 Spider Base!” yelled Chazz as the two monsters revealed themselves.
One monster revealed itself to be a beetle, but compared to Beetletop who was commonly known as a Hercules Beetle, it took elements from a stag beetle instead. It’s pinsirs were fully bladed as it could be seen chopping heads of certain monsters, as it had 6 legs coming out of its body, two at the front and four at the back, as the legs and wings were dark green shaded, the base was an off yellow colour.
The other monster was a simple red spider design that had two parts both of which had 4 legs on each part of the head. The design is split evenly as the heads were at the top/bottom of the base of the body.

Bastion narrowed his eyes as it was one of the monsters that Chazz used against him before beating him.
”Now, I’ll take a page from your book and Contact Fuse the three of them!” yelled Chazz as Beetletop, Beetleturbo and Spider Base all flew upwards as they then began to separate their parts.
Spider Base split itself down perfectly into two bodies that act as the legs and the arms of Beetletop as the said monster laid right in between the two bases as Beetleturbo moved itself upwards so that its bottom and Beetletop’s bottom could combine into each other, having the pinsirs as a backup plan.
”Come out, Assault Cannon Beetle!” Chazz roared as the monster landed on the ground, staring deeply into Masked Hero Anki.
(Assault Cannon Beetle: Fusion - Level 8 - Earth Machine - Attack: 2400. Defense: 2800.)
”I was never a big fan of bugs.” said Jaden as Chazz took a card from his hand.
”Then you’re gonna hate them more! I activate Front Change!” yelled Chazz as he grinned ear to ear at the possibilities that this monster can have. ”Check this out, I can target my Assault Cannon Beetle and exchange it to special summon a different monster!”
Assault Cannon Beetle flew upwards once more and began dividing itself into three of its original parts, Beetletop, Beetleturbo and Spider Base. Spider Base divided once more into two of its parts, this time one part going at the neck of Beetletop and the other near the wheels of Beetletop as the former held up Beetleturbo. ”Arise, Combat Scissor Beetle!”

The sheer number of attack points that the Fusion Monster has always been shocking to them since it does have the biggest number of attack points any of his monsters have.
The only real problem with the card is that it is difficult to summon as when it is summoned, it is highly rewarding as not many monsters could get over this monster.
”Battle! Combat Scissor Beetle, attack and destroy Masked Hero Anki! Cross Slicer!” yelled Chazz as then Combat Scissor Beetle shot the head of Beetleturbo straight at Masked Hero Anki, and due to the fact that all of Jaden’s cards returned with it being the exception, he couldn’t defend himself from the attack, forcing itself to take the hit.
It made a massive explosion, but the head of Beetleturbo continued even after destroying Anki.
”Here’s a tidbit! When Combat Scissor Beetle destroys a monster, you lose 1000 life points! Scissor Shot!” the head of Beetletop then flew straight at Jaden, biting him in the foot making him hold his scream into his mouth as he tried to take care of it after being stabbed.

”Hope you like some of that karma. I know I did.” Chazz smirked as he took a single card from his hand, ”After I set a card, you can go.”
A card was set vertically behind the Combat Scissor Beetle.
Turn 5. Jaden - 1800 lp - 4 cards
“Okay, back where I was on square one, but no biggie, I can still comeback to this.” said Jaden as he looked at his hand and he knew that there was always a card that he could use during this turn even if the card was a dud.
“My turn, I draw!” yelled Jaden as he looked at the card that he just drew and dropped his smile. H - Heated Heart was good, but not something that he needed at the current moment. Still, it could help on the next turn if he needs it.
He placed it into his hand and then took out a specific monster from his hand. “Here’s a familiar face! Elemental Hero Bubbleman!” he yelled as he slammed the card onto his duel disk.
As then on his side of the field appeared a hero that wore a bright blue armour, with breathing tanks on his back, as he wielded a bubble blaster with a white cape, dark blue pants and light blue boots, wearing a mask that was like Batman’s.

“This guy hates being alone so I am allowed to draw 2 cards from my deck when he’s summoned onto the field if he’s the only card on the field!” Jaden drew the top two cards of his deck and looked at them.
“Alright! Haven’t used this guy in a while! I activate my Spell card Metamorphosis!” yelled Jaden as Chazz narrowed his eyes at the potential massive threat that was about to be summoned, “I can tribute 1 monster from my field to special summon 1 Fusion monster that has the same level of the tributed monster from my Extra Deck!”
Bubbleman wasn't discarded, instead, he evolved. His cape transformed that into fins of a massive blue white fish of which it evolved on his back to seem like he had grown wings, fins and helmet. His belt buckle changed that into the shape of an N, as his gauntlets grew fins and the blaster grew in size and change the shape in the form of a fish. “Bubbleman, change into your stronger form by the name of Neo Bubbleman!”

On the surface, this monster may seem unassuming, but the thing about it if he’s equipped with the right cards, it could level some of the strongest monsters in the game.
Even when he was faced against Kagemaru, Neo Bubbleman managed to take out 2 of the 3 Sacred Beasts without much issue when he was equipped with the right cards.
“It may be wrong to leave him without his weapon, so I’ll activate my Equip Spell card, Bubble Blaster!” Jaden said as then Neo Bubbleman switched from his water gun to a water bazooka as he knelt down.
“This card has way too many good quirks about it, but it has the good thing about giving 800 extra attack points to my Neo Bubbleman!” he said as then Neo Bubbleman’s attack was raised.
Elemental HERO Neo Bubbleman: 800 - 1600 attack points
Chazz knew that the attack point raise was just an addition to the actual combo that Jaden was about to make.
“Now, Neo Bubbleman! Battle Combat Scissor Beetle! Bubble Slamming Stream!” yelled Jaden as then Neo Bubbleman shot out a massive stream of water coming straight from the Bubble Blaster at high speeds, pressurized into a massive hydro pump, coming straight towards the massive Fusion monster.
“I won’t let it go down! Combat Scissor Beetle, attack back! Cross Slicer!” yelled Chazz as then the massive Fusion Monster shot out Beetleturbo from its top, coming in contact with Neo Bubbleman’s attack.
“Why would he do that against Chazz’s monster?” asked Aster as he knew the effect of Bubble Blaster, but he was a bit confused on why he would just attack the monster head on.
“Wait for it.” said Syrus as then to Hassleberry and Aster’s shock, Neo Bubbleman‘s attack began repelling back the Beetleturbo, repelling with enough force that once contact with it and its Fusion monster made it explode.
“Neo Bubbleman’s effect allows for any monster that attacked it to be destroyed!” said Jaden as he had a massive smirk on his face once the monster was finished, “Not to mention, thanks to Bubble Blaster, I can destroy it so that my Neo Bubbleman is safe from being destroyed and my life points are undamaged!”
Neo Bubbleman’s Bubble Blaster exploded once he explained the effect as his attack points returned to normal.
Elemental HERO Neo Bubbleman: 1600 - 800 attack points
“Big deal, you still haven’t done squat to my life points and you already used your attack, so there’s nothing…” Chazz began as he then looked at Jaden looking at his hand.
And then he remembered a card that he added during his last turn.
“Oh crud.”
“Oh crud is right, because I am not done just yet Chazz! I activate my Quick-Play Spell card, Mask Change II!” yelled Jaden as his new Quick-Play Spell card appeared on the field.
“I discard a card from my hand.” Jaden revealed Woodsman from his hand only to discard him later on, “So that I can target 1 face-up monster I control that has a level, I can send him to Special Summon from my Extra Deck 1 Masked Hero with the same Attribute, but with a level higher than it!”
A mask appeared from the Quick-Play Spell card as Neo Bubbleman took it, “Now, Neo Bubbleman… Transform!” yelled Jaden as Neo Bubbleman placed it onto his face as his body began to morph.
HIs stature changed from a short hero with a massive chest to a thin hero that carried a small gun. His legs were covered in different blue layers, gold kneecaps as his belt resembled that of a star. His chest was red as on top of it was a golden star, with his shoulder pads seeming to have a resemblance to his face, which appeared to have a crown around his eyebrows, as his eyes were dark red. There were 2 white rings around his arms. “Come out, Masked Hero Acid!”
Masked Hero Acid, once being summoned on the field, raised his gun to his face, posing as it narrowed his eyes.

“When Masked Hero Acid is summoned on the field, he is allowed to destroy every Spell and Trap that you have on the field!” Jaden said as he then pointed his gun at Different Dimension Hangar and Chazz’s set card. “Go Acid Bullet!”
“Before you go, I activate my Set Card, Dark Wall of Wind!” around Chazz appeared a wall made out of wind as he crossed his arms with a smirk on his face. “For this turn only, your direct attacks become 0.”
“Say what?” yelled Jaden as he then shook his head, “Well, I can still do something about your Different Dimension Hangar!” Acid’s shot then came straight ahead of the Continuous Spell card as the bullet bounced off the Dark Wall of Wind.
Jaden, knowing that he has no more plays left this turn, looked at his hand and nodded. “Okay, I throw down a face down and call it a turn.”
A card was set vertically behind Masked Hero Acid. The Dark Wall of Wind then disappeared from Chazz’s side of the field.
Turn 6. Chazz - 500 lp - 4 cards
“You may have done well against my old deck, but there’s something new about my deck,” said Chazz as he looked down at his duel disk as he smirked while looking at it, “There are always opportunities for the Chazz to evolve! Even when using cards he has just gotten!”
“I draw!” yelled Chazz as he then looked at the card he just drew. It was the perfect card he needed.
He placed it in his hand only to take one more card, “I activate my Field Spell card Union Hangar!” as then the entire scenery began to change around Chazz’s perspective as around them appeared massive orange coloured gates that had machines inside of them that have to be used before they get dispersed.
“With this, I can add 1 Light Machine Union monster from my deck to my hand.” said Chazz as he took out his deck as he then took out a card from it and then returned his deck into the duel disk.
“Now, I’ll summon my A - Assault Core!” as then on his field appeared appeared a mechanical scorpion-like beast of which the tail were shot beams with a yellow colouring scheme with a red tint on its legs.

“Union Hangar’s effect activates! Which I’ll then chain with my Unauthorized Reactivation!” roared Chazz as two effects go off at the same time, allowing Chazz to take out his deck in a neat fashion and then began looking at it.
“Unathorized Reactivation allows me to target 1 Machine monster I control and equip an appropriate Machine Union Monster from my hand or deck to that monster while Union Hangar allows me to target the Light Machine Union Monster that was summoned and equip them with a Light Machine Union Monster!” said Chazz as then Union Hangar began moving on its own.
Planting two cages that had metallic words on them being “B” and “C”, placing them to be in the Spell and Trap zones, “Although, my new B - Buster Drake and C - Crush Wyvern aren’t allowed to be special summoned this turn.” said Chazz as from the cages emerged as a large green coloured mechanical dragon appeared with two cannons on the back and a purple mechanical pterodactyl.
“Yeah no, that’s not going to be a hindrance to him:” said Aster as he knew exactly what he was planning.
“Now, I’ll make a new Contact summon! By using my B and C in the Spell and Trap zones, I can fuse them with my A to create a new monster!” roared Chazz as all three monsters flew into the sky. Dispersing their parts and began to mash their body parts together.
On his side of the field appeared a machine with absolute power in it. The base was the bottom part of A-Assault Core with the tail being used as a connector of the two heads, on the left it was C-Crush Wyvern while the right one was B-Buster Drake with each part of the wings having cannons. “Come out to play, ABC - Dragon Buster!” When summoned, it roared in power.

“Okay, it is getting a bit difficult around these parts, but…” Jaden kept his composure as he continued to think of a way around this monster.
Besides with Acid on the field-
“Don’t even think about it!” Chazz announced as he then took the card of Ojama Yellow and discarded it, ignoring his please as ABC took a bite out of it and then had both of its cannons directing straight at Masked Hero Acid. “By discarding my Ojama Yellow, your monster is not only destroyed, but banished!”
“So it’s a quick turn VWXYZ?” Aster gritted his teeth, knowing full well that someone playing around the monster is not only needed, but straight up advised.
“Exactly! Aim… And… SHOOT!” yelled Chazz as then ABC shot a massive beam of light, straight at the head of Acid. Acid tried to counter attack with his pistol, but his pistol was too weak to even make a dent, which it was then pierced through and shot straight at Masked HERO Acid.
“Oh… sweet baby corn.” said Jaden as then his new Masked Hero disappeared from his sight, not even allowing him to get it in the graveyard. He took it and placed in his pocket.
“Ha! Now you don’t have a single monster on your side of the field! Let’s go now! Attack-”
“Not so fast Chazz! I activate my set card!” a card then popped out as it revealed to be a Quick-Play Spell Card, “Go, Flute of Summoning Kuriboh!”
Chazz groaned, “Of course you would.”
Jaden took out a card from his deck and slammed it, “Now, appear, my good friend Winged Kuriboh!” as then on his field appeared the monster that the King of Games himself has given him, a puffball with small claws and angel wings.
(Winged Kuriboh: Level 1 - Light Fairy - Attack: 300. Defense: 200.)
Chazz narrowed his eyes at his rival, “You don’t have Transcendent Wings in your hand do you? Or a monster card that works like it, right?” asked Chazz as Jaden looked at his hand as he was not risking losing to Winged Kuriboh LV10 again.
“Nope. You can go Chazz!” said Jaden as he gave him a thumbsup.
“Good. Because now I’ll attack! Ultimate Destruction!” The two heads of ABC - Dragon Buster and the two cannons then pointed all of their heads at the Winged Kuriboh as they all shot with colourful lasers that came straight at the monster, causing a massive explosion.
“Thank you, partner.” said Jaden as he then took Winged Kuriboh’s card and sent it to the graveyard.
Chazz looked at the only remaining card left in his hand: XYZ Combine and knew that it could help out the next turn, but… there could be a card that could help him out more than anything else.
Chazz looked at his rival, “Your move.”
Turn 7. Jaden - 1800 lp - 2 cards
“Okay, I am staring down another dragon on the field and this could be my toughest one yet.” said Jaden as he looked at his deck, narrowing his eyes at the possible combinations, but he knew that all he has to do is to believe in his deck.
“Here goes something! I draw!” yelled Jaden as he then drew the top card of his deck and he looked at it. “I’ll play my Fifth Hope! With this I can target 5 Elemental Heroes from my graveyard,” 5 cards popped out of his graveyard to which they are: Woodsman, Blazeman, Shadow Mist, Bubbleman and Neo Bubbleman.
Jaden took them and placed them at the top of his deck, “And I’ll shuffle them!” He began to shuffle his deck around and then placed the deck back into the duel disk as he placed his fingers at the top of his deck, “Which allows me to draw 2 cards from my deck!” he said as he then looked at his hand.
He smirked.
“Alright, I activate my Normal Spell card, Mask Charge!” the spell card appeared on his field as then 2 cards came out, “This card allows me to fetch a Hero monster and 1 Charge Quick-Play Spell from my graveyard back to my hand!” he said as he then took the two cards from his hand.
“I’ll take my Stratos and Mask Change back to my hand!” Jaden said as he placed them back to his hand.
“So it’s a Mask Change version of Fusion Recovery.” said Aster as Bastion chipped in.
“But it is better since it could get back any Hero monster and not just a Fusion Material.” Bastion replied.
“I’ll summon him!” yelled Jaden as then Stratos reappeared on the field.
(Elemental HERO Stratos: Level 4 - Wind Warrior - Attack: 1800. Defense: 300.)
“Thanks to him, I can add any Hero from my deck to my hand!” yelled Jaden as he then took out his entire deck to then search for a single monster and showed it, “I’ll add my Masked Hero Furnace!”
“Now, Masked Change is activated!” yelled Jaden as then another mask appeared to which Stratos caught it without turning around. “Stratos… Transform!” he said as Stratos placed the mask on his face once more.
As then, on his field appeared an extremely slim man in lime green coloured suit, in which it covered his kneecaps, his shoulders, his arms and chest, dark green around his ankles and back, white around his ankles and biceps and he had red eyes alongside a white cape. “Come out, Masked Hero Divine Wind!”
Masked Hero Divine Wind then straightened his back and placed his hand onto his hips.

“Nice monster, but it is a shame that I have to dis-”
“Not so fast, Chazz, because I am activating another card I just drew! Mask Function #1!” yelled Jaden as another Spell card appeared on the field, making Divine Wind glare its eyes red. “With this, since I control a Masked Hero on my field, a monster on your side of the field can not activate his effect this turn!”
“WHAT?!” yelled Chazz in pure shock at hearing this.
“That’s absurd! Now Chazz can’t activate the effect of his ABC!” Alexis said, her eyes narrowing by the minute.
“Now Jay only has to increase the attack points to get over that dragon.” said Syrus as Jaden took a card from his hand.
“I play my H - Heated Heart!” yelled Jaden as then a heating H appeared on the field as it then went to Divine Wind, “This card allows my monster to gain 500 attack points!”
Masked Hero Divine Wind: 2700 - 3200 attack points
“Alright, Sarge has a monster that is barely strong enough to deal with Princeton!” Hassleberry cheered for the Sarge.
“That’s right! Now Divine Wind, attack and destroy ABC! Divine Dropkick!” yelled Jaden as Divine Wind jumped upwards into the air as it then dropped itself straight onto the massive mechanical dragon, causing it to explode and to barely knock it out.
Jaden: 1800 lp
Chazz: 500 - 300 lp
“Thanks to my Divine Wind, when it destroys a monster, I get to draw a card.” said Jaden as he drew the top card from his deck and he looked at it.
“Sweet! I play my Card of Burial Magic!” yelled Jaden as then three cards popped out of his graveyard as they revealed themselves to be Mask Charge, Mask Function #1 and H-E-R-O Flash!!, as he then took them, “This card allows me to banish 3 Spell cards in order to draw 2 cards from my deck!”
Jaden placed the three cards into his pocket and then took a good look at the two new cards he had just added to his deck.
“I’ll throw down 2 face downs and call it a turn.” said Jaden as two cards were vertically set behind Masked Hero Divine Wind as then the monster became weaker due to its temporary boost in strength.
Masked HERO Divine Wind: 3200 - 2700 attack points
Turn 8. Chazz - 300 lp - 1 card
Chazz couldn’t be more upset of his current predicament if he tried to be.
He was currently at the backfoot of a guy that always has a card that could go around his current field of monsters, and in this duel alone, managed to beat all of his machines with more and more heroes that even certain Comic Book Companies would be jealous of.
Chazz looked at his current field. No Spells, Traps or even Monsters that could protect him during this or the next turn. His hand contained XYZ Combine, a good card that could help if his Different Dimension Hangar wasn't destroyed by Masked Hero Acid.
If there was a way to get back his Different Dimension Hangar from his graveyard or by simply drawing a second copy of it, he could summon another copy of his XYZ - Dragon Cannon since the second effect of A-to-Z Energy Load allowed him to return his Light Machine monsters that are banished back into his deck, allowing his deck to never run out of cards or options.
Though… the new line of Ojama Support has given him enough to easily run it with Armed Dragons, Light Machines and Ojamas themselves.
All he has to do is to draw them.
He needs to get a win. He needs to beat over Jaden, it doesn’t matter when or how.
He needs to beat him at least once. Just once.
The need to beat him was stronger than anything that he could muster.
“My turn.” he said as he placed his fingers on the top of his deck.
“I draw!” he yelled as he then looked at the card that could change the duel. He nodded, “I play my Spell card, Card of Variation!” he yelled, knowing that this has to be the turn where he wins due to the massive downside of it, “With this, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck, but I have to either discard a card from my deck or I have to take 3000 points of damage.”
“He’s risking it all for the sake of beating Jaden in a duel this turn?” asked Aster with a raised brow, “Well, I hope he gets the card that he needs or otherwise, he’s cooked.”
“I draw!” yelled Chazz as he looked at the two new cards that he has just drawn.
He smirked.
He couldn’t be happier.
“Time… to…” he pointed up to the sky, “CHAZZ IT UP!” a lightning bolt struck where he was at, uncaring about what would’ve happened to him. It is time for The Chazz to strike him down.
He took the card in his hand and then roared, “I activate the Spell card Ojamassimilation!” he said as then he took a good look at his deck box. He opened it and then took a single card from it, “This card is the perfect reason why I added the Ojamas to my deck.”
Jaden raised an eyebrow, “I thought it was due to the discard cost of your Light Machines.”
Chazz laughed, “Close, but here is the true reason! This card along side my Ojama Ride has fantastic synergy to it! By revealing 1 Fusion Light Machine monster from my Extra Deck,” he revealed a monster that they themselves couldn’t even see, but it seemed to be a Fusion of monsters he already summon-
“No way,” Aster immediately realized what is going to be summoned, the Light Machines have gotten 2 new Boss Monsters for the deck. More specifically 3 Fusion Monsters, but the other was a play extension.
One was Union Controller, a monster that simply added a Spell or Trap that mentioned a Union Monster in its text and it could Special Summon a Light Machine Normal or Union monster from the hand. The other was XYZ - Hyper Dragon Cannon of which it a quick-play version of the regular XYZ monster he summoned and it could special summon Fusion Materials from the graveyard and banishment.
The other…
“So, I could banish from my hand, field and or graveyard Ojama monsters equal to the number of materials needed from my graveyard, hand and or deck! Since the monster only really requires 2 monsters, I’ll banish my Ojama Black and Ojama Green!” Chazz took two of the Ojama Brothers, leaving Yellow in the graveyard, and placing them in his pocket. It was definitely not because Ojama Yellow happened to be his favourite. Ridiculous.
“So, come out! From my graveyard!” Chazz took two specific monsters and then slammed them on the top of his duel disk, “My two strongest monsters! ABC - Dragon Buster and XYZ - Dragon Cannon!”
On his field appeared the two of his strongest monsters, both on the field and able to destroy anything that they could touch with a simple flick of Chazz’s wrist.

Jaden could only stare at the field that Chazz has managed to accomplish in a short amount of time, with only one spell card to his name.
“Am… Amazing.” was all that he could say.
This simple card advantage was more than enough to put others in complete shock. Even Aster, who could summon Dreadmaster and in return summon 2 Destiny Heroes on the field, was in awe at how quickly he could build up the field.
“That’s completely insane!” said Alexis, her eyes almost glued to the field.
“This… is just the start!” yelled Chazz as he pointed up to the sky, “This turn…. this time… THE CHAZZ is winning!” The two Machine Monsters looked at each other before looking up to the sky.
Jaden knew what was going to happen, “Wait a second.”
Chazz grinned, “2 is better than 1, how about 1 is better than 6!” he roared to the skies, “By fusing my ABC - Dragon Buster and XYZ - Dragon Cannon, I am allowed to Fusion Summon my strongest monster in my whole deck!” As then, every part of ABC and XYZ diverted as all 6 parts flew up in the air.
X - Head Cannon slammed its massive ball onto Z - Metal Tank as the former let go of its arms so it could grab onto B - Buster Drake and C - Crush Wyvern’s chest as it then began pointing its arms at Jaden, as Z - Metal Tank opened up its cannon holes that it has as then the heads of B - Buster Drake and C - Crush Wyvern’s heads, Y - Dragon Head’s body crashed into Z - Metal Tanks as B - Buster Drake and C - Crush Wyvern’s necks fused with Y - Dragon Heads for to make it longer and fueled with more energy as A - Assault Core slammed its massive core on the bottom of Y - Dragon Head. The wings of all of the composing dragons all fused together on the side. “Come out! A to Z - Dragon Buster Cannon!” Chazz roared as his strongest Boss Monster appeared, looming over Masked Hero Divine Wind.

“You see this Jaden?! This is going to be the cause of your defeat!” yelled Chazz as he began to roar with laughter.
It would’ve sent most people in a frantic state of shock and could have brought fear into someone and yet…
Jaden smirked, “Guess again!”
“Huh?” asked Chazz, narrowing his eyes for that card to reappear.
“I reveal my face down Trap Card, Hallowed Life Barrier!” yelled Jaden as he took a single card from his hand, “By activating this card, I can discard my Polymerization from my hand so that I could make my monsters unable to be destroyed by battle and I don’t take battle damage for the rest of the turn!”
Chazz looked at Jaden paying the cost of discarding his Polymerization and smirked, knowing that the furball can’t be summoned.
“Oh no you don’t! I discard my XYZ Combine in order to activate A to Z’s effect!” Chazz roared as he sent one of the two cards from his hand, “Whenever you activate an effect, I can discard a card to negate and discard it!”
The barrier around Jaden that would have finished completing came to a screeching halt once he heard that effect coming from Chazz, “Wait, what?!”
“You heard me! Go, Rapid Destruction!” he said as A to Z pointed all of its cannons straight at Jaden’s barrier, shooting straight ahead and destroying it in a matter of seconds.
“For your information, A to Z can activate that effect as many times as I can as long as I can discard a card from my hand.” said Chazz as it basically meant he has an Omni Negate on legs as many cards as he could have in his hand.
“So that means…. you have one more negate in your hand?” asked Jaden as Chazz smirked as he flipped the card in his hand.
“No, I am ending this duel now.” he said, revealing the card to be Limiter Removal. Doubling the attack of all Machine Monsters on the field.
A to Z - Dragon Buster Cannon: 4000 - 8000 attack points
“SAM HILL! That’s more than enough to wipe out Sarge’s life points even if he had a full counter!” yelled Hassleberry.
“Though, it seems as though he is risking all in this one turn.” said Alexis as Bastion and Aster nodded at it.
If at this turn, he doesn’t win, Chazz loses the duel. Both his A to Z and life points are going to be destroyed by the end of the turn due to Limiter Removal and Card of Variation. If there was any other time to go full out, it would be now.
“Now… Battle!” yelled Chazz as all cannons surround Divine Wind-
“Not so fast Chazz! Since you just entered the Battle Phase, I am allowed to activate my final set card! Instant Mask Change!” he said as his final Trap, or more specifically, Quick-Play Spell card was revealed.
“Instant Mask Change…” Chazz narrowed his eyes, wondering what this version of the new Change card can do.
“During the Battle Phase only, I can discard any Masked Hero from my hand, such as my Masked Hero Furnace and summon a Level 8 Masked Hero Monster from my Extra Deck!” yelled Jaden as then a fiery hero appeared, grabbing a mask and then began to transform.
The new monster was that of a titan. The hero wore a suit that could only be described as divine. It was a golden armour that had bladed wings come out of his back, a jet powered back that had neon green lining around every part of the monster, its chest being bigger than most humans could ever achieve, and to top it all off, it had a massive cannon on his left arm. “This guy is one my new favourites! Come out, Masked Hero Atomic!”
When summoned Masked Hero Atomic posed, his chest flared up in a dramatic sense, full of pride and power in one.

Chazz chuckled, “So he’s going to be your last line of defense?” he asked.
“Pretty much, but hear him out! He hates being summoned when there’s barely any other Heroes around, so when he is summoned, a non Fire Masked Hero from my graveyard comes back from the dead in defense mode!” yelled Jaden as then Atomic shot a bullet straight into the ground allowing 1 Masked Hero to jump into trouble.
Masked Hero Blast came out of the portal, in defense mode and ready to strike.

“Not that one again…” Chazz groaned.
“Oh yes that one! When he is summoned, a monster on your side of the field loses half of its points!” yelled Jaden as Blast threw darts at the massive beast of a machine, weakening it back to its original strength.
A to Z - Dragon Buster Cannon: 8000 - 4000 attack points
“Back to original points!” cheered Syrus.
“You think that scares me? Think again! Go!” roared Chazz as all cannons pointed at Atomic since he was the weakest monster that he could deal damage to.
All lasers, cannons and even heads began to charge. They began to charge with enough energy that they began to change colour. Not just the codes, but the bodies themselves, every monster was made to wipe out the opposing monster. All in just one hit. “Final Destruction!” he roared.
All lasers were then shot straight towards Jaden’s monster as Atomic crossed his arms.
Ready to take the attack as Jaden smirked.
“Atomic! He can’t be destroyed by battle nor by card effect the first time it would have been destroyed!” he yelled out as he crossed his arms out as Chazz screamed one simple sentence.
“The damage will still be dealt!” he roared as the attack landed straight onto Atomic, creating a massive explosion.
Jaden: 1800 - 400 lp
Chazz: 300 lp
The attack finally subsided, allowing the hero to catch his breath after the massive attack that was just dealt onto his body. It could have been broken, but it continued to move.
Atomic breathed in and out, looking at his master and saw that he was fine.
He nodded as he saw the other Wind Masked Heroes be perfectly fine, as he then got back into his pose, ready to fight more.
Jaden took a breath of fresh air. “Well… that was a good duel.”
The dust began to subside.
“You played a good duel, but…”
And then something was revealed.
“But…”
Something that shocked everyone.
(ABC - Dragon Buster: Fusion - Level 8 - Light Machine - Attack: 3000. Defense: 2800.)
(XYZ - Dragon Cannon: Fusion - Level 8 - Light Machine - Attack: 2800. Defense: 2000.)
“During either player’s turn, I can banish my A to Z from my field and then special summon my ABC and XYZ from my banishment straight onto my field.” said Chazz, the biggest smirk on his face.
Jaden looked at the field and saw that Divine Wind and Atomic’s attack points were just enough to deal damage to him and finally beat him.
Jaden looked at him and sighed. “Guess you win some and lose some, huh?”
“Yup, and I couldn’t be happier.” said Chazz as they looked at Jaden. No cards in his hand, field nor graveyard that could help him out.
He had no out to this play.
Though, he couldn’t be happier.
For the first time in Chazz’s career, he finally managed to do one thing.
“BATTLE! ABC, XYZ! Attack and destroy Masked Hero Divine Wind and Atomic!” he yelled as the two massive machines shot out massive missiles and lasers straight at the Masked Heroes.
They all dropped their guard and saw them coming. There was nothing stopping them, to which their master closed his eyes and let it happen.
The attacks connected.
Jaden: 400 - 200 - 0 lp
Chazz: 300 lp
THE CHAZZ: WINNER!
The Chazz became victorious.
There was no sound.
No other moment to be made.
Jaden was on his knees and Chazz was at the front.
There could only be one thing left to do.
Chazz raised his hand up.
“Chazz…” he began.
“It…”
No one could really hold it in since one thing has to be admitted, “UP!”
It was mad fun to do it.
“Chazz it up!”
“Chazz it up!”
“CHAZZ IT UP!”
Jaden looked up as he and Aster locked eyes and one thought was shared.
Why not?
“CHAZZ IT UP!”
For the first time, The Chazz had claimed victory.
And one that he will hold out on.
