Chapter 1: Robbery Isn't a Crime?

Chapter Text

Lifting weights, letting them drop, breaking a sweat and taking another rest—that was a daily routine for Doctor Mozer by this point. Otto Mozer, an aspiring scientist, struggled immensely with such demanding physical tasks. Full boxes? Immediate joint pain in multiple locations. Mechanic forbid a box full of fragile items! A crate? Don't even joke around here!

Though, if there was one thing Otto had never struggled with, was mechanics. A futile and weak human body wasn't enough for someone like Otto. No, it was never enough.

He always wanted more.

That's when this mad scientist had come up with the idea of living eternally. A human body, now his own! What more could anyone possibly want? When being a mortal isn't enough, when it was never enough, you should always come up with work-arounds, such as turning yourself into a machine!

That leads to present-day Otto. A decapitated corpse placed in an exopod, roaming around freely. He felt quite free, yet lonely. Otto was never a fan of socialization, preferring a moment of silence, but this loneliness made it difficult to live around places. Who wouldn't like a quiet servant to help around in these situations?

Of course, Otto would, standing before a wonderous android—the perfect assistant to help him around, of course! Her hair and eyes were matching malachite green, her dress puffing out and spreading as if a butterfly's wings, and the bows on both the neck and the back of the dress, really proving that butterfly point.

"Acme Iku" was the name on the stand that he took from last night.

Theft isn't soo bad, isn't it?

Otto took a moment admiring such a cute butterly. Her smile even while powered off already put a warm feeling in his cold heart. He was never used to newcomers, never even liked them in the first place, but found this one he took away to be pleasing. Appealing.

He floated closer, watching as the android began to power on. This would be amazing. Wonderful. Even greater a feat than Dandy was!

Her eyes began to glisten and glow, opening up to a new world—one she was unfamiliar with. Iku's doll-like body took her first breath, coming to life. She looked to her sides, hands gracefully yet stiffly following her.

"Hello?~"

Her soft voice ringed in Otto's exopod. While he never liked unfamiliar voices, this one seemed.. adorable. Oddly adorable. Almost like cuteness aggression was riling up in him. He could already imagine the fun moments he'll have! Torture.. violence.. heavy weights that she'll have to carry, while he does nothing!

"Greetings, my servant. Why don't we cut to the chase?" His voice spoke with a grit, yet quite monotone. After all, his voice generator never had voice innotations. He can get a point across without exaggeration. He's above social rules. "Start off by getting the dust around the house off, then we'll really test your limits."

Iku went from completely confused to absolutely understanding, automatically nodding and beginning to complete the job. Where? She'll have to go around the whole house if there's no specific instructions. Oh well!
