In general,
.I believe they'd be able to force their bodies into an 'inbetween' of monsters and humans. Naturally, their forms are more monsterous.
.They feel more comfortable in their 'monster forms'.
.In their halfway, they still need human disguises in public, and their uniforms while performing in the circus/passing out flyers. They can never look fully human. Assuming Ticket Taker has a mind-altering ability that changes how others perceive him (and other things), which would explain the café appearance, he is the exception.

Ticket Taker (inbetween)
.I've actually sketched out a design for him, so this may be more detailed than the others. (Also because he's my favorite.)
.His inbetween is quite humanoid, however he'd most certainly stand out in public if he went out just as is. Majority of his skin is an almost white grey besides a patch of black on the right side of his face (looks like the left if you're directly looking at him.) and his limbs also fading to a black towards the ends. He has a bat-like nose (think leaf-nosed bats.) and droopy, long ears. (like an elf.) His eyes do have a faint glow, but it's barely noticable if it's not dark.
.Out of the entire troop, he has the smallest claws, This is partially due to him putting the most effort into maintaining his appearance. He has a very specific manicure.
.He files down his horn, and while that's quite painful, he doesn't want to bother with purchasing a hat big enough and the right style to conceal it. If you were to convince him to let him grow out his horn, it'd look like a longhorn cow's.
.While his hair is mistaken to be black, it's actually a dark blue. (< This isn't a hc, take a good look at his sprites in-game.) It grows quite fast and he's learned how to cut his own hair. With it out (not held down by his mask strap) and teased/styled a little bit, it looks a similar style to Spamton's.
.Clean shaven. He keeps himself what he deems 'presentable' even if no one will see it.
.Minimal scarring to his skin. If questioned about it, he'd simply brush it off and tell you 'It's already healed.'
Ticket Taker (monster)
.Most notably, his hands are alot larger, claws also being just a tad sharper. He's more spindly and lanky now. His skin is now a darker grey and feels rougher, however not scaley. His head has taken a more draconic appearance, but he still has bat-like features.
.He has a slit, so he doesn't really need clothes in his form as he wouldn't be flashing you or anything (it would also be very difficult for him to wear anything that isn't custom tailored) however it'd be funny to see him in his suit like this.

.He'd be bipedal and stand at around ~7 foot (213.36 cm). He refuses to slouch unless he's very relaxed.
.Out of the cast, he's the closest to humans biologically. Interspecies breeding is possible however unlikely. He'd be a good father, just a bit busy at times. He'd do his best to push aside time to take care of and spend time with the kid.
.If he were to have a 'mate' or partner, he'd be more physically affectionate in this form. He'd get a sense of security in the relationship from you smelling like him.
.He'd have heats/ruts, but can manage through them.
.Idk how to explain this but he has basically digigrade legs. They're shaped like deer legs, his 'feet' kinda just look like a bat's.

Doctor (inbetween)
.He's the least human looking out of the cast and it'd be quite difficult for him to go out in public without looking like he's about to rob a place with all the covering up he'd have to do (not that he really wants to leave his tent in the first place.)
.Bird features, beak, wings. And even though he's in the official dick size rank: I would like to propose Doctor with a cloaca wearing a strap-on.
.He'd grow feathers instead of regular bodyhair. Most preening can be done himself but pinfeathers can be stubborn sometimes.
.Usually he has his cloak to cover his wings, but he needs to stretch them every now and then. He has a pretty large wingspan and he uses his wings as a sort of blanket when sleeping.
.If he's happy he might make a chirping sound or two.
.Not really a hc but his hands remind me of Medic from TF2 lol
.His feathers are mostly an iridescent black, however he has some red feathers at the base of his wings.
.Like parrots, you have to be careful about where you touch him or he'll get mixed signals.
.Eyes glow the most out of the cast. Also sorry but I gotta mention the fuckass *EYES GLOW RED* meme. His eyes are typically cyan except for when he's experiencing strong emotions.
Doctor (monster)
.Wingspan doubled, legs have taken on an eagle-like appearance. Beak is sharper.
.Feathers galore.
.Harpy monster, but instead of a human head on a bird, he has bird features with vaguely human proportions. He's larger now, around ~8'3 (251.46 cm) if standing up straight, however he slouches, causing him to appear ~7'9 (236.22 cm)
.He can use his wings to grab stuff to an extent.
.Out of all the cast, it's least likely to procreate with him. Having sex might be a little dangerous. He'll scratch alot and overall be rough. (I think it'd be funny to put claw covers on him, probably your best bet if you don't feel like getting mauled.)
.He might be territorial during mating season.
.Doesn't wear clothes in this form, his mask could still fit though.
.His eyes are red in this form, but that doesn't necessarily mean any danger.
.Alot more thrilling and chirping sounds than usual, he can still speak but it'll strain his vocal chords a little. In this form he'll opt to quick, simple responses if needed to talk.

Harlequin (inbetween)
.Goat and snake features. Goat ears, pupils,,,,, Snake stuff ellaborated later.
.He has the largest horns. While they look cool, they can be annoying. (Ex. can't fit through tight spaces, head bumps into things, can't sleep on his back or sides.)
.His tentacles are able to grip onto, hold, squeeze, etc. but there's a weight limit to what he can carry with them. Using all of them, he could carry maybe 50 pounds (~22.68 kg) max. Each can carry 5-10 pounds (~2.27 to ~4.5 kg) individually depending on their size.
.Venom glands. If his venom is injected into you, you have about a 83% fatality chance. He can however bite you safely with no risk if he wants to.
.Taps his foot if he's agitated, nervous, feels threatened, etc. Think of a rattlesnake.
.Slight problem with binge eating. He eats moreso just to eat or because he's 'bored' and not just when he's hungry. He tends to avoid eating with the others.
.More of a jokey one but you cannot convince me this man uses protection he's essentially a walking STD.
.Slight happy trail, not very prominent. Cannot grow facial hair.
.Doesn't brush or style his hair, he usually just adjusts some bigger pieces with his hands and he's done. He would not straighten, bleach, or make any other drastic changes to his hair. He procrastinates getting haircuts. Ticket Taker cuts Harlequin's hair.
.His eyes glow a bit brighter than Ticket Taker and Pierrot's.
.Looks away when he's not completely telling the truth/masking emotions. Not the best with direct eyecontact in the first place. (He usually looks at someone's nose to fake it.)
.Sharpens his claws.
.Skin is a bit of a darker grey than TT's, more scarring too.
Harlequin (monster)
.Naga lower half, torso looks similar to Phen-228 (The Boiled One Phenomenon) but green instead of red and more boney than guts. Head remains mostly the same besides larger, tougher horns. Sharper fangs.
.Venom potency(?) increases. Basically if he decides it's your time, you're cooked. However, for example, if he were to bite Pierrot, he'd just feel weaker and have fatique for a day max. Possible scarring too, but Pierrot would live.
.Not very physically affectionate in either form without making it sexual. He doesn't feel like he deserves love.
.2nd closest to humans biologically, if you have a kid he wouldn't abandon it or you, but he wouldn't be a very good dad. (Not abusive or anything like that, he just doesn't know how to be a parent) I don't think he'd really want children, getting a pet would be better if you want to take care of something with him.
.Snake dihs. Ok..? Ok.
.He can unhinge his jaw to an extent.
.When he feels threatened he'll kinda square up his body. (Look up Tofu the snake on YouTube if you don't understand- the lil guy does this when he sees Markiplier lol)
.More hungry in this form. Sometimes will chew on plastic if he has nothing to eat.
