Pit mad and murderous Jason, arrived in gotham he hadn't killed anyone yet, mainly because he knew he needed to catch up on gotham related news first, incase he did something that could set back his plans, call it precaution or paranoia or anything else he learnt it from one of the best, and he knew that to secede he needed to first have the information, and he needed it as real and as little bias as possible.
Which meant that Jason spent two whole weeks reading news articles, from just after he died to the last one that was released, and this obviously led to questions, some good, some bad, some complicated, some basic, one of these questions led to Jason breaking into his older brother's apartment.
Then, quickly realising he wasn't there, he left planning on tracking down his brother when he heard something someone talking about planting bombs in Dick apartment building. So Jason quickly returned to Dick apartment building and started knocking on doors and telling the people he heard someone mentioning rigging the place to blow.
This quickly had everyone rushing out of the building. After everyone was out and at a safe distance, the whole building blew up. Jason, out of the corner of his eye, saw his older brother, and immediately went towards him, and followed his brother, to where he saw his brother confront one of the crime bosses in blüdhaven.
Jason stayed out of sight but also prepared to intervene if his brother needed help. Only to see his brother turn around towards a different person a girl or woman in a costume, who shot the crime boss seeing as when, Dick turned towards the shooter, he had unknowingly left the bad guy open to the shooter.
Obviously, his brother hadn't noticed that, seeing as he was in shock and was extremely disassociated. This meant his brother was out of it when the girl started pulling Dick away.
Jason, obviously followed, because his brother needed to get away from her immediately, so he followed the girl and his brother waiting for the chance to knock the girl unconscious, which had arrived in the form of the girl trying to kiss a nonconsenting Dick, who was still disassociated, but was still present enough to keep saying the word no on repeat. This led to Jason knocking the girl unconscious and bending in front of his brother, who was now having a panic attack along with disassociating.
"Hey Dick, it's me, Jay. I need you to breathe for me, please." As he said this, Dick looked up and, as he saw him, started crying and mumbling about how it was his fault, that Jason himself was dead and that he's sorry.
After, eventually prying out just why Dick thought it was his fault when the guy was in space when he died. Which was because, apparently, Bruce had said so. This led to Jason picking up his brother and going to one of his safe houses that Jason had in blüdhaven. After collecting Dick phone, laptop, Dick's important paperwork, and Dick's go bag of clothes, that he had nicked from Dick's apartment, after finding out his brother's place was rigged to blow. He had Dick get changed into his pjs and then put his brother to bed before going to sleep himself, still not believing what had happened today from Dick's place blowing up to Dick almost being violated.
The next day, Jason made him some breakfast and made Dick toast, as he wasn't sure if his brother would be able to stomach food today.
Soon, Dick stumbled into the room following his nose, like he used to back at Wayne manor, he stopped after, he saw him through, so Jason was going to assume that Dick thought, he was a hallucination, which he understood and then proceeded to spend all of the morning confirming that, yes he was Jason, no it wasn't dimension travel, and no he wasn't a clone, and no he wasn't a bodyshifter or fucking clayface, by the end Dick was thankfully distracted, by Jason's suddenly appearance that, he didn't think about last night eventually, the topic moved to why Jason was in blüdhaven.
"Came to blüd yesterday because I had just finished reading all of the news articles from when I died, and I had a question only you could have answered." He said as diplomatically as possible as not to trigger anything about last night, which he thankfully didn't.
"What question little wing?" his brother said in confusion.
"Why didn't you go to my funeral?" Jason ripped the metaphorical band off.
"I didn't know you where died, until three weeks after the funeral." This then led to a conversation on Bruce being Bruce, and what has been going on in civilian and cape life of the family, and just from Dick's explanation, Jason could already tell that Tim Drake was being neglected, if the kid could be Robin and not have his parents find out, and that Barbara Gordon is being a bitch, and honestly not smart if she can't realise, that she was played by the bad guy's here in Blüd.
Somehow, Dick managed to get Jason, to let him live with Jason, which meant that Jason was in gotham, at his actual apartment and not one of his safe houses, listening to Dick who took over the first guest bedroom, talk with Tim who somehow also took over the second guest bedroom, and Damian who already had a bedroom, and had lived with Jason since he moved back to Gotham.
Because Jason, had offhandedly asked Ra's if he's enemies had anything to do with his increase of insanity, let's just say that Ra's decided that Damian would stay with Jason, while Ra's and Talia figured out if Jason was onto something or if they could cure the insanity, from the last letter from Talia it said that Ra's had been compromised by his enemies, and now they needed to find a way to fix the man, so this added all up to Jason, himself was wondering what the hell happened to his life and if it would ever been normal, then quickly pushing that thought away and returned to reading pride and prejudice.
Cass, the newly appointed sister of the family, - who managed to drop kick Batman, and terrified Catalina Flores into confessing for all the crimes she committed, including the stalking of Dick Grayson, and attempted sexual assault of Nightwing. - was sitting on the couch, with colour swatch to decide what to paint her bedroom, formerly guest bedroom three.
