Old Mill Village, where monsters roam free, just got a whole lot crazier! COVID-19 has invaded, and you know what that means: masks, mayhem, and Magnacat's mischief (no, we don't know how he escaped)! Zick's allergies are going bananas (literally, Bombo's eating them), and the whole town's in chaos.
But hey, silver linings! School's canceled (goodbye, David's annoying face!). Meanwhile, Timothy, the feline tutor, is still ridiculously bossy, while ignoring everyone's feelings (typical cat... er tutor). Percy's just lounging around, being fabulous.
Elana's siblings are driving her nuts (nothing new there), but at least she's got more time to hang out with Zick. Training to be a monster tamer is easier when you have time, but harder when you're stuck at home with ghosts popping out of every corner. Literally.
