“SSSSHIT SHIT SHIT!”
“Huh?! Dipper, what’s going on?”
“Ah, Cassidy. Your timing couldn’t be… better, yeah.”
“...”
“...I might have dropped some Dream Essence into a random world.”
“What?! How much?!”
“About… three canister’s worth of the stuff?”
A beat, followed by a sigh.
“Oh my… gah. You need to consider yourself lucky we have enough of this stuff to last. I think we would have been done for if you lost any more.”
“It was by accident!”
“That’s not important! Come here.”
“We have to report the loss, don’t we?”
“At least you know THAT much. The quicker the better!”
“Right…”

Elsewhere, three rain-like drops of liquid came falling from a cloudy sky mixed with the start of a drizzle of rain.
Each, as if by luck, landed right on a certain item belonging to certain people. Combined with the rain, it was impossible to tell.
At first, it was a watering can.
“Oh, it’s raining. I’m just going home anyway, so it shouldn’t be too bad by the time I get back."
After that was the backside of a clipboard.
“Rain? Knowing those two, they’ll probably come back soon. I better go inside as well, or they’ll think I’ve blown away again. Or get soaked. Both are probably pretty bad."
Lastly was a new pair of sunglasses.
“Oh great. Better get back."
Amidst that rainy confusion and slight disarray, a trio of roommates had been unknowingly roped into a temporary adventure unlike anything they’d bumped into so far.
Believe me, they’ve gone through tons!
But this was gonna be unique at the very least. Promise.
