Shoyo is fire, sun, blinding light
He is joy, happiness, smiles and laughter
He is determination personified
He is intense, passionate
He is exhausting
Toss to me, just one more
Tobio cannot say no
When he looks at Shoyo, his heart stutters and his pulse races
Shoyo is everything, his beginning and his end
Tobio wants to give him everything
Every toss he wrenches from his hands
Every soft kiss under the stars
All of his love and his promises
All of his forever
Shoyo is beautiful, alluring, magnetic
Tobio wants to touch his hair, caress his cheek
He wants to kiss his mouth and touch his body
He wants to hear Shoyo's sounds, only him
He wants them to be together forever

Tobio is cool breezes and shade
He is Shoyo's shelter
He is the one who gives Shoyo wings
Who lifts him up like no other
Who promises him the world, the view from the other side
He keeps Shoyo safe, healthy
He yells at him to show his care
Tobio is a gooey middle under a hard exterior
He is hard from loss, from hurt
But his heart burns with love for the game
Shoyo wants all his tosses
Wants to be his, like no other is
He wants to brush the silky bangs from his face
To look into his eyes and see their future
Shoyo wants to touch his skin, kiss his lips
To hold his hand, to tell him 'I'm here'
To feel their bodies pressed together
He wants to make promises that stick
To declare his affection and fidelity
To be with his partner, competing forever
Shoyo is far away, beyond reach
He is getting better, doing what is needed
Tobio is lonely
He wants to hold onto Shoyo
Tell him he is proud
Tell him he loves him, that he loves to watch him fly
Tobio loves from afar
And stays silent
Tobio is Shoyo's goal
Defeating him is his prize
Loving him is his destiny
Just a little while longer and he can come home
Face his rival and partner
Declare his feelings
Begin their future
Shoyo is mesmerizing
He is a golden god, tanned and strong
His smile is so familiar, but his muscles are not
He is strong, he is confident
He takes Tobio's breath away
Tobio wants

Tobio is comfort
Shoyo is back now and they war with each other
But Shoyo has never felt so close to him
He is beautiful, he is perfect

He is muscles and freckles and fire
He is Tobio's home
His eyes are warm, they caress Tobio's skin

Blue eyes and pale skin
He is Shoyo's home
Shoyo stands in front of Tobio
Their eyes meet
Shoyo's heart is stuttering, his love is bursting from his chest
He could do it now, touch his skin, kiss his lips
Hold his hand and say 'I'm here'
Make promises that last forever
Tobio's heart is pounding, his emotions are swirling
Shoyo is so close, he could reach out and touch him

'Always' Tobio responds
'Forever?' Shoyo asks

Their lips touch and it is heat and warmth
It is home
