'Fate' A multiversal being With unfathomable Power, who has The Shining emerald Green Eye's.
The one who watches the fate of infinite universes and doing nothing, He have seen the beginning and the end of multiple world's, be it bad or good.
He will do nothing to change it, his eye's can see the future of any world or any person in it.
The reason That he can't intervene is because, his power is too much that it will Change the order of things in the multi-verse.
Fate was getting bored throughout eternity as one day he decided to do something about, he also needed to avoid the consequences of exerting himself too much.
After having a talk with The other elders of the multi-verse, that includes eternity- someone who is the judge of the multi-verse, Angel's, God's of different order's, and The creator Himself.
All of them came to a conclusion, that fate can finally intervene without changing the order if thing's, but that quest was hard, even for someone like 'Fate',
But he finally came through and found a way.
He always wanted to know and see what it would be like to see and feel to watch a human who can see beyond other's can, something only The like's of transcended beings can see.
He searched and after sometime came to see a world which has An evil which call's upon an indefinite amount of power, Powers that even could potentially harm Fate himself.
Fate then realized that this evil was born with such malicious abilities inside him and it only grew stronger as he grew up.
This evil was calling upon a being who has abilities like fate, an evil entity that existed beyond world, in another dimension.
Fate decided then and there that this is it, this is the world he will be laying his hand's on, he will do it for only once and after that he will watch as the world comes to be.
In this way he will not break the rule's that He's been ordered with.
He saw two individuals in the belly of a great mother who has been fighting against this evil and it's malicious force.
Scrambling through the history and past of this universe, time to time he saw the rise and downfall of powerful entities some where evil while some born to oppose them, what earned his interest more is the fact that a certain individual in different centuries were born with godly abilities and there was an evil force as a counter part.
He also saw the powerful companions Who fought side with the Right one's in dire need.
This world was filled with monster's as in real monster's not just a phrase, there were people who helps to eradicate this monster's as they arise.
People who were born with abilities and A special energy was the one's who were capable to do this, but some went rogue seeking for more power.
And as the rule of nature counters by giving birth to opposing forces,in that some were born with a vision like his, as they called them 'the eyes of fate',
Fate chuckled at the irony, 'well if they call it that, then so be it, I'll enhance this one a little more, so that his vision's could more accurate and helpful, I'm not going to Change the past nor i am going alter the future, I'm just simply adding an addition to the present, and more than that I'm not doing anything Much other than Blessing or cursing him with talent which will only come to him after a series of dangerous and impossible hard work and hard life -- I'm doing this cause 'i can't have him called a talented Born individual who has everything from birth, he need's to learn what he is and what he has, and how to work on it and how to work with that..!, let's see what the future holds for you,so emerge ' Harry James Potter' ' fate thoughts and word's concluded with that.

Earth-07 was a beautiful planet like all other's, the universe which contained it was even more beautiful and mysterious.
But now the beauty has Drained By The reign of Evil,
It was now a Post Apocalyptic World, filled with chaos
This world was filled with cursed monsters and Special Elements, that includes magic and magical energy.
In this world human's are set apart as two types, one is a normal human and the other special human with extraordinary capabilities.
The one who has extra ordinary capabilities will be tied with magic and magical energy.
Similar to them there are monsters and beasts that are born or created with magical energy.
However the monsters are being's that are undoubtedly evil, they are born from the exceptional desires of cruelty , fear, anger, depression, oppression, animosity , that leaks in the form of soul and mental energy from both humans.
However, the unsatisfied desires of humankind, and being able to use extraordinary abilities, led humankind to fight against each other for accomplishing their need's.
This made evil as a part of the humankind's nature.
While some opposed against both magical cursed monsters and evil humans, the reign of evil never seemed to cease throughout land's.
Throughout the land's the cycle of hatred and love continued,
Alongside the cycle of Violence and peace∧order.
Each of these led to a new beginning of both part's, new dark sorcerers and wizards arose and the one who opposed reincarnated throughout centuries, alongside them born one rare individual with an eye that can see both side's of the world, the one who can truly bring an ideal peace and order.
Though it didn't go as it was supposed to be, because most of the time the Good and right one didn't get awaken at the right time and most of the time the evil was too strong!
This was one of the reasons that the cycle continued throughout time and centuries, the only change was that the future generation was much more adapted and advanced and much stronger than the one before! Having great potential than the previous one, however this only led to more chaos.
But Just like the unsatisfied desire of humankind's darkness gave rise to Magical Cursed Monsters,
There was also an unsatisfied neediness of Peace and order amidst the same humankind.
In accordance with that,the law of nature, the law of karma, the law of balance - gave creation to an anomaly with the help of the being called 'Fate'!
'yeah I'm talking about my self.. Hahha' fate chuckled and rolled his Emerald glazing eye's.
'so let's head out and watch what will happen, my interference in this universe was with a price, i can't see it's future, only 'He' can, that is if he were to awaken and master the 'Eyes', everything he has will be different from me from -power to wisdom and knowledge , he will not be like me, he will be him, Someone Who will Rise with hardships or go down without willpower,i just gave him something that will be eventually his anyway -through fate!, but that or this isn't similar to me, but is even greater than me

Earth 07
A beautiful world filled with so much miracles, so much to the point where other universe's would be jealous to have, resourcefulness, ecosystem that cannot be compared to other's,even the earth itself was three times bigger than the one's in other universes.
Cause of it's size there was so much land that was untouched by the dirty and good hand's of the humans, so there were so much mystery to be unfolded in in this world, so much mysteries, there were also many creatures in this world that hasn't gone to extinction because of this two very reasons.
The humans here had different kind's amongst themselves, contained with different abilities, energies, different biological structure's.
Top among them were sorcerer and wizard's.
Even amon them were top three groups or known as clan's!
However there were some who stood at the top of the food chain, they had capabilities even beyond special humans, for example, some of them contained all of the traits of the other's, while some contained two trait's, and throughout time there were some utterly rare others that contained all of them alongside some other worldly capabilities.
Two in a billion individual, that can simply deemed as natural calamity, one that overwhelms and destroy everything in it's wake and one that overwhelms and recreate everything in it's wake or vise versa! They are heavenly and hellish.
One honoured and the other one disgraced!
And just like the last mentioned,there are also another one in a billion individual that can deemed as heavenly!

The world of sorcerer's and normal humans were the same except their abilities and veiw point about each other.
This World became a post apocalyptic Earth as 'A False Demi-God' brought Even more chaos and destruction To it than it already had.
